So when YOU sew a bunch of unmatched parts together, it is “a quilt” and “a beautiful gift” and “will assuredly become a family heirloom” but when I sew a bunch of unmatched parts together it is “A MONSTER” and “AN ABOMINATION, AN AFFRONT TO THE GODS” and goes on “A MURDEROUS KILLING SPREE.”

This is Nadia, I got her yesterday from the same spirit shop that I got Brooklyn from. She has a very shy, sweet gentle energy about her and so far from the ghost box session I have done with her, I found out that her favorite color is red. She loves listening to music, sitting with me watching tiktok videos, and just loves to be held. She's very sweet and I absolutely love her. I have 2 more spirits on their way to me from that same spirit shop, and hopefully many more after that.

The one on the right is Brooklyn, I got her from a spirit shop and I absolutely love her. I put her next to Morgan in hopes that they would get along, they both love animals. Brooklyn likes to play dress up, she used to dress her daughter up in princess costumes and she even worked at Disney land for a time. I like to put on Disney princess movies for her when I'm just doing other stuff around the house, and she even likes to move my reborn dolls and play with them. It freaked me out the first time it happened.

Low Spoon Spirit Work/Companion Tips

12 Spirit Work Tips for people with low spoons, or just anyone who doesn’t have as much energy at the moment.

Tip #1 -Look at the stars with them

I really love to look at the stars with my companions. It is amazing after a hectic or stressful day to just sit outside and think about nothing with my spirit family.

Tip #2 -Watch Tv

Seriously just sit down, and decide on a show together. Ro is a huge fan of Peaky Blinders on Netflix, so I always try to watch at least an episode of it when I can with him.

Tip #3 -Find a YouTuber they enjoy

Ro is a big fan of beauty gurus and Archie likes to watch horse videos with me. Hyl seems to like when I binge watch music videos. There is something for every companion on youtube.

Tip #4 -Hum to music together

I love to sing but sometimes I don’t have enough energy to. I usually just hum while laying down if I can’t sing right then.

Tip #5 -Write a story with your spirit companion as a character.

I’m currently working on a story with both Archie and Ro in it and Hyl is gonna make an appearance in one of my other story’s. For me writing is super relaxing and low energy.

Tip #6 - Draw a Doodle of them

I doodle anyways so just channeling a little energy into what my companions might look as a doodle isn’t a huge thing. (This is a bit more high energy and is only for when I feel a little better than normal.)

Tip #7 -Cuddle them

My all time freaking favorite. This is the lowest of all the energy things. Its also pretty self explanatory.

Tip #8 - READ BOOKS!!!

Can you tell I like reading with my companions? Hyl and I bond over reading literally every day.  

Tip #9 -Write a letter

Pour out your feelings, hopes and dreams in this letter and then show it to them. Also one can try channeling with their companion to receive a letter from the companion.

Tip #10 -Write a poem

If you are an artistic person or like writing poems this one is for you people that are blessed with an awesome vocabulary. Also you could write one line of the poem and they can write the next line.

Tip #11 -Play Hot&Cold

Try to feel their energy and use how your body responds as a way to detect them when they are nearby. It is super easy to turn this into a fun and entertaining game.

Tip #12 -Twenty Questions

Use a twenty questions app to learn things about them that you might not ask them yourself.

🎈Quiet Ways To Interact With Spirit Companions🎈

I see lots of posts on how to communicate and interact with spirit companions, and they’re great, but many involve lengthy conversation (or one-sided dialogue) between the human and their companion. Even if the dialogue is all through thought, some people prefer to be quiet inside and out, so here’s some tips for you quiet friends!

🎈Draw something that your spirit companion will like, or that has meaning to you both.

🎈Lie down and just relax with your companion. No words necessary, just feel each other’s presence.

🎈If your companion has a vessel, hold it or touch it and meditate.

🎈Communicate through feeling, instead of talking. Let your companion feel what you feel, and allow yourself to feel what they feel.

🎈Make two cups of tea or coffee and drink with your companion.

🎈Read a book, watch a movie, or play a game, and let your companion watch/read along.

🎈Go on a walk in nature with your companion.

🎈Play Solitaire or other one-person games, and let your companion help/play through you.

👻 Communication with Ghosts 👻

A baseline experience in warding/protection and spirit communication is necessary first. Also have an energy source other than your own ready for boosting the communication (offerings, crystals, charged items or water, energy jars, etc.) is helpful and polite as well.

Find a place that works for you: cemeteries, old buildings, museums, crossroads, bodies of water, old growth forests, liminal spaces, personal ancestor shrines, old houses, etc.

Start with a communication method you’re familiar with: Tarot, pendulum, shufflemancy, trancing, channeling, automatic writing, empathy/clair senses

Let your mind unfocus- it doesn’t have to be true “clearing mind” that meditation methodology sometimes talks about. Letting your mind just wander is good too. Gently allow thoughts to appear but don’t dwell on them. Try identifying thoughts that wouldn’t be your own. Practice discernment.

Record the feelings and experience. If you’re comfortable with it, push for more specific interaction with your communication method: “who are you?”, “where are you from?” “what do you need me to know about?” “what do you enjoy talking about”. It’s okay to just keep things organic and loose for the first couple times and not ask specific questions, just allow impressions.

Be firm about safety and your boundaries. Don’t let the spirit take advantage of any discomfort you may experience. It’s always okay to disconnect the communication and come back later.

Keep a journal regarding these experiences. Refer back to it to build relationships with repeat spirits and learn methods that work the most successfully for you. Feel free to use it to research background on deceased spirits when you aren’t communicating directly.

Be respectful about privacy. It’s okay to share experiences in a general sense but you may include a question about whether you may share specifics about any spirits you interact with. However, be wary of any spirits that tell you not to talk about communing at all, that level of secrecy is suspect. Personal privacy (names, history, ages, personal stories, etc) are of course common courtesy to protect but your own success in methodology and emotions regarding the experiences should be your own choosing on whether to share, not theirs.

Don’t be afraid to reach out to more experienced workers and mediums with questions and concerns! Myself included 😊

This year I have moved so many times. I've fallen in love with someone who betrayed my ultimate trust, lost my house, had to move home, been kicked out, twice... had the cops called on me, lost everything, all for one person. I've had someone else come pick up all my pieces and force them back together despite my protesting, I've nearly died twice, made friends with some unlikely enemies, and made enemies with some really trash people. My name has changed, my priorities have changed, and I'm ready for a fucking nap. I have returned to do more spirit work research, let's see if I can keep from getting distracted.

We need to talk about the woman who was sitting across from Klaus on the bus.

She shows up in a BUNCH of different scenes throughout the series, most notably as Kenny’s mom. She’s credited for three episodes, but ALSO I’m 1000% sure she was one of the hostages in the bank robbery scene in the FIRST EPISODE.

WHO IS SHE. WHY DOES SHE SHOW UP SO OFTEN AND WHY DOES SHE LOOK THE SAME IN 2002 AS SHE DOES IN 2019.
