“I try my hardest to avert my eyes every time I spot PDA. That or I go the opposite direction.” Megara explained, happy to have someone who she could speak freely about her dislike of couples and expressions of love.
“I’m Megara. But you can call me Meg.” She looked over at the girl with a nod. “If you need a drink to help you ignore the love sick crowds I’ll be working over at the Black Minotaur later. I’ll take care of you.”
“It’s a pleasure,” she replied. Portia allowed a smile to spread on her face. She knew a drink later would be exactly what she needed.
“That sounds lovely. You can expect that I’ll be there–most likely needing more than one.”
