Jaehwan planned this carefully. He prepared countless bottles of soju, stocking them up under his bed, he also bought some snacks and soda (the soda is for him - he needs to make it out alive), he made sure to organize something for the others so the dorm would be empty (it’s almost empty since Wonshik wasn’t interested in going to the cinema to watch Frozen at all but Jaehwan isn’t going to invite him to drink with them anyway; he wants to know all of Hongbin’s secrets first) and he’s been drinking lots of water and green tea all day (again, he is determined to survive). There is no way he’s going to lose this time.
He is definitely going to get Hongbin drunk.
He’s just doing the younger a favor, really. it must be sad to have such a high alcohol tolerance and never know what it feels like to be completely plastered. Of course, there’s another reason, too. When the members drink together, they all end up spilling secrets, telling stories about their past experiences with girls, detailed descriptions of sex included. Hongbin is always sober, though. And always very quiet. Even Sanghyuk seems to have more to say about dating than Hongbin, and it just bothers Jaehwan because, well, he’s really fucking curious.
But he’s just mostly thinking of Hongbin’s well-being. Yes, that’s it.
It soon turns out he doesn’t even have to get Hongbin very drunk to drag a confession out of him, but what Hongbin tells him is definitely not what he expected to hear.
"I’ve never kissed anyone," he blurts out and all Jaehwan can think about is how cute he looks, eyes hazy and cheeks flushed and - wait what?
