his entire existence is a reminder of how awkward he really is. so he’s just going to curl up under a blanket and stay there.

esen beams instantaneously, promptly going in for a hug. friends hug, yeah? esen’s going in for one. he half-nuzzles doug’s face as well, squeaking out a thank you a few times, clearly more than a little happy to officially have MADE FRIENDS with the finder.

the finder leans into the hug, humming softly and being quick to return it. however, he wasn’t expecting the nuzzles. giggling, he leaves a quick kiss on esen’s cheek since that’s how, well, they did greetings back in his home country. it wasn’t often many were happy about making friends with him. so this was very nice.

pale eyes seem to glow as he circles the girl, not saying a word for now. he reaches out, brushing his fingertips against her face. chuckling softly, his eyes narrow before he comes to a stop. grinning, he takes a step back to look at her.

“ you would be such a good pet for the earl, ” doug whispers, the black star appearing on his forehead. “ it’s a shame he’s sent me to put an end to you. ”
