So. I know I just posted my hiatus end announcement like. 16 days ago. But (and I’m super sorry about this) I think I’m going to go back on hiatus again. I missed rping a lot, which is why I came back in the first place, but I really didn’t have much muse when I posted the announcement? And I still don’t?? I thought I could force it since I wanted to be back so badly but apparently, I cant. I also just got another job and that’s taking up all my time. Sorry again because I know I came back just to vanish again. Once again, I’ll be at @jj3628

“My phone has no signal, it's making my skin crawl….” As often as the gardener used his phone to battle boredom or distract himself from his worries, the true purpose of Luke’s phone was to contact others. To call his brother, to call for help if either he or Iza needed it. The tiny pop-up informing him of the loss of service cut him off from that lifeline he was once certain he had if anything were to go wrong. Luke couldn’t help but gave Iza a nervous glance as he put the phone away.

(🐈) Iza trills again, simply enamored with Ryan and what he said. There was a chance Ryan missed the feline more than Iza missed them? That was completely acceptable. It was the only thing Iza would allow, since, it was true to him that they both had missed each other dearly. His purring hadn’t stopped or quieted down. There was no way he could possibly calm down his purrs now that he actually had Ryan again. He was sure whenever he would see Ryan his purrs would start up all over again.

Iza pulled away, to further resit the urge to bite Ryan. When they chuckled, Iza simply smile when Ryan spoke again. “Eh? How happy are you, Ry-Ry?” He asked, “Tell me~ Or show me because I think you can just tell how happy I am to be with you again.” If the flick of his tail, his ears were leaned forward and his loud purring and trilling wasn’t signal enough Iza wouldn’t be sure how to further express his happiness aside from pressing several kisses onto Ryan’s skin.

How happy was he? The question made his chest buzz, almost as if it was filled with wasps. Ryan had no problems proving how he felt, proving how absolutely overjoyed he was to be reunited. He could’ve always just explained how much brighter the world suddenly seemed now that he was in his arms, could’ve explained how much worth the universe suddenly had to him now that he was back in his life instead of just in his mind, but that wouldn’t feel like enough.

“You want me to show you, huh? Alright, done and done.” Ryan raised his hand up to Iza’s cheek, shut his eyes as he pressed his lips against his. He could hear fireworks exploding in his own head, loud and bright, going off just to celebrate this reunion. This felt like enough to show how he felt. When he finally pulled away, he grinned. “I’ve been waiting way too long to do that.”

(🐈) His ears continue to twitch. Iza’s tail quivers and sways in a quick motion even if they had fallen to the floor. He never stopped rubbing his face on Ryan’s and when they spoke he trilled. The emotion was intense, honestly it almost hurt. He hadn’t been so happy to see someone. Iza kept bunting his forehead against Ryan’s. Eventually, and quickly, he calmed himself down, pulling away to look down at Ryan.

“Oh, mein liebe, you don’t know how much I missed you.” His purrs were still as loud as they were before, even if he had contained more of his initial excitement to have Ryan back in his arms. “I’ve been okay. Of course, as okay as I could possibly be. What about you? Did you miss me as much as I missed you?” He leaned back down, licking their cheek in display of affection. The feline had gotten an impulse to bite them but he resisted, opting to simply get his scent back onto what he thought was rightfully his.

God, Ryan couldn’t remember the last time he smiled so wide. That stupid, goofy grin on his face just got bigger and bigger the longer Iza rubbed his face against his, bunted his forehead against his own. When Iza looked down at him, he ran his eyes across each and every part of his face. He just wanted to savor the moment as best as he possibly could.

It really did relieve him to know that Iza had been alright in his absence. He had no way of knowing just how much Ryan worried about him during their time apart. Yes, he worried about everybody all the time, but not knowing how his boyfriend was doing caused him to smoke an extra cigarette at the end of every day. “Of course I missed you as much as you missed me. There’s a chance I even missed you a bit more than that.” He let out a chuckle when he felt him licking his cheek. “You don’t know how happy I am to be with you again.”

And they were on the ground! Not that Ryan minded, or even noticed for that matter. He was far too ecstatic to actually hold Iza in his arms, to have his body so close to his own. This moment was all he had thought about, dreamed about, for weeks and weeks on end. His purrs eased something inside of him that had been restless for months now.

“I’m here! I’m right here!” He never wanted to be anywhere else ever again, and getting his face nuzzled only made that burning thought more intense. “I missed you so much, love! How are you?”

If he was smelling french fries and cigarette smoke then yes! That was definitely Ryan, and he was impossibly excited to see the love of his entire life! He was already running towards the feline without even realizing it, eyes wider than a galaxy when he screams his name. “Iza!”

How did he get so lucky?

He was so unbelievably lucky to have someone like Iza in his life, so fortunate to be with someone that made him as happy as he did. With all of the sins on his shoulders, he never would’ve thought that he’d end up with someone that made his chest burst like a firework. He wanted to spend an eternity in the feline’s arms, wanted to obliterate anyone that dared to come between them and their happiness. When was the last time he felt love that intense? How did he get so lucky to experience that with him?

Ryan had to take a moment to simply admire him like a masterpiece hanging in a museum before finally responding.

“I love you so much more. I love you more than words could ever explain.” He smiled in a way only a lovestruck fool could. “You’ll always be in my heart too, no matter what happens or where you are.”

GUESS WHO’S BACK??? I’ve really missed rping and I’m really excited to be back~! However, since I enjoy this so much, I don’t want it to become harmful to my mental health again or start to feel like a chore rather than a hobby again. Therefore, I’m not going to be 100% back. Just 50%! I’m switching from a complete hiatus to a semi-hiatus/low activity type of state.

I’m also dropping all threads I previously had (unless you like, really really wanna keep it going. Then just let me know and we can talk about it!).

And, lastly, I’m only coming back to this blog and @aloststcr. I think I’m going to take a longer break from @llionheartcd until I have a strong enough muse for the royal boys.

I’m excited to be back, to write with everyone again, and to show off my beautiful terrible characters~

GUESS WHO’S BACK??? I’ve really missed rping and I’m really excited to be back~! However, since I enjoy this so much, I don’t want it to become harmful to my mental health again or start to feel like a chore rather than a hobby again. Therefore, I’m not going to be 100% back. I know I said I’d try harder to be around, but I just can’t do it. I haven’t been able to write any replies at all. Writing replies and roleplaying has felt more like a job than a hobby for the past–I dunno–six months. But I’ve been trying to trudge along anyway because I have friends here and I KNOW I used to enjoy this. I don’t know why I don’t anymore, but my anxiety has gotten so bad and I’ve been daydreaming anywhere from hours to days every time I try to write. I’ve wanted to disappear rather than face the disappointment I feel within myself for not getting to replies fast enough.

I don’t know what caused these feelings and I’m not sure how to make them go away. I don’t want to do this because I love writing and I love the plots and threads I have going with my amazing partners. I want to keep doing this but, for my mental health and happiness, I don’t think I can. Not without a break, at least. So, all of that being said, I’ve decided to go on Indefinite Hiatus. I don’t think I’ll be gone long because I really did enjoy this before but I’m also not too sure of when I’ll be back. I’ve had so much fun doing this past year and I’m so grateful that I was able to meet so many talented, wonderful people. I’ll still be around over at my personal blog @jj3628 though! So, yeah, thank you all so much~ <3
