Hey, I know this thing is on Hiatus, but a friend and I were thinking of joining! The only thing is, will there be more troll positions opening up? I have a male troll I really wanted to try out, but I noticed the trolls are pretty limited and the two dude spots are already taken.
If there's a high demand we might add four more spots (to have a total of 12 players), but given the lack of interest thus far I don't see there being a high demand. We're aiming for this to be a small session of 8 players because gaining 12 players takes a lot of time and there's a higher chance of someone flaking out - and this sort of rp is very dependent on having every single player be active. So we plan to stick to 8 players.
However, the mod and I might discuss changing the current positions a bit (ex. if there's no one interested in a male fankid then we'd be fine with a male fantroll). It's not a decision that will be set any time soon, nor do we know what will change or how. So all I can say is, as of right now interested members are limited to the spots that are still open.
With that said, in the case of changes being made, someone dropping, etc. then you (and your friend) are still welcome to drop an application in. We will still read and review the application(s), but we can't guarantee the application will be accepted - especially if the position you're applying for is taken.
Also please remember that when we refer to males and females, we are referring to biological sex and not gender identity. I'm not sure if that'll help you either because I'm aware of how important gender identity is to a character.
This does apply to anyone who's interested. While we're on hiatus, you can send in applications, even for taken positions, as long as you're aware that the chances of being accepted are much slimmer if you apply for taken positions. However, if we really like your application, or if we see there's a higher demand for one species over the other, or something similar, we will be willing to negotiate or alter positions. There's no guarantee that we will, because it will depend on general demand and the quality of individual applications.
