The sun is slowly setting outside and evening is settling in. A drowsy haze fills the atmosphere as you head inside your house for the night. After just a few steps past the threshold you see something move from the corner of your eye.
Turning your heard you see a bat hanging from the ceiling, and it's looking right at you!
What do you do?
> Find a broom! You need to shoo it outside!
> Let it be. It looks like awesome All Hallow's Eve decoration.
> You faint at the sight of the creepy creature.

Kneel down and let it sniff your hand.
It's one eye stares at your hand and it sniffs you a little. It makes a strange guttural noise you just assume is purring because it rubs against you. As you go to pick it up and carry it off, you notice a crystal shard hanging around it's neck. How odd.

[ Prompt Scenario - OPEN ]
You were on a walk one day when you heard a strange noise. It sounded like... a cat? But not quite. Mlip. What?You look down and see a sinfully ugly cat. A chunk of it's right ear is missing, it's left eye and leg is gone, and it is filthy. It sits and swipes it's remaining front paw at your leg. It makes that strange mlip noise again.
What do you do?
>Walk away, the thing is hideous.
>Pet it, maybe it just wants affection.
>Kneel down and let it sniff your hand.

[ October Festivals ]
October 11 - October Flower Festival - This festival will occur on the 11th of each month! Give a flower to your friends, family, or sweetheart! Details will be posted the day before the festival.
October 25 - Pumpkin Festival - Bring in your best pumpkin and carve your best scary, silly or artistic design on it! The winning pumpkins will be displayed throughout the town on All Hallow’s Eve.
October 31 - All Hollow’s Eve - Children dressed in costume will come to you in search of sweets. Make sure you have some, or else they might play a nasty trick on you!

[ September Festivals ]
September 4 through 8 - Fall Horse Race - Ranchers and breeders come together to test and gloat about their stallion’s abilities! The winner receives 100,00G and a blue ribbon.
September 9 - Fire Festival - The townsfolk gather in the town square to watch over the fire— it honors the fallen and allows their spirits to continue resting in peace, so don’t let it go out!
September 11 - Monthly Flower Festival - This festival will occur on the 11th of each month. Give a flower to your friends, family, or sweetheart! Details will be posted the day before the festival.
September 25 - Fall Color Festival - Invite a friend or five to participate in the various activities available while admiring the fall color!

Maison placed his little bamboo boat in the river and watched it as it floated away. He always believed that if you wished hard enough for something, it could come true. Well, to an extent at least. He held his hands to his chest and closed his eyes tightly. "I wish to find true love..."
Life carefully cared the small boat to the lake. He kneeled down and set it afloat on the water. "I wish to become human." Life thought of all he had done to become human so far as he watched the boat float across the surface. 'Memories' of people and places flashed through his brain. As he turned away, a small tear formed in his eye. He really wanted to be human. The tear must've been a malfunction in his system he thought to himself.
Martie holds the small, handmade bamboo boat just above the surface of the gently flowing river. "Please keep everyone at home safe and happy," she wishes softly, placing the boat in the water and watching as the current pulls it downstream. A warm smile touches her lips. Faint hopes for love whisper through her thoughts, and she shakes her head lightly, her smile growing, and she waits until the boat disappears from view before turning and strolling away from the river bank, humming cheerfully.
Angela held her breath as she watched the little boat float down the river. Sure, she wasn't the superstitious type but she couldn't help but inwardly hope her wish could come true. "I wish... I wish for a way to help the island..."
Watching the boat sail down the river, Karen wished, "Please, let my father find peace and let me find my own way."
>Mimic the bird. "I am Perseus.... I am also a parakeet."
The bird makes a high pitched whistle, seeming to find this funny. It proceeds to sing, "Why you gotta be so ruuuuuude, don'tchu know I'm human tooooo." before flapping it's wings and landing on your shoulder and once again repeating, "I'm Jethro! I'm a parakeet."

[ Prompt Scenario - ADOPTED ]
You are sitting on bench, relaxing and just people watching. Suddenly you feel strange nip at your ear! You look over and it's a friendly blue parakeet! Who would've guessed. It bobs up an down and cheerfully chirps, "I'm Jethro! I'm a parakeet."
You start talking to it and it seems to understand what you're saying! But it just chirps again, "I'm Jethro! I'm a parakeet."
That seems to be all it says.
What do you do?
> Mimic it! Say you're a parakeet too!
>Shoo it away, stupid bird.
