I played the Panzer Dragoon Remake back in 2020, and as someone who hadn't played the original, I thought it was enjoyable despite the issues it had. Forever Entertainment seemed receptive to feedback at the time, so I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for the Panzer Dragoon Zwei Remake.
And then I heard that they made Donkey Kong Country Returns HD, and that it was a downgrade from the original in quite a few ways. I actually have played the original DKCR, so that was a bit of a red flag for me.
Then I saw their House of the Dead 2 Remake and how much worse it looked compared to the original.
Now I've seen side-by-side comparisons of the original Panzer Dragoon Zwei and the recent demo of the remake. I haven't played the original, but from what I've seen the remake doesn't look great.
So then I got curious and emulated the original Panzer Dragoon. Now I understand why Panzer Dragoon fans were unhappy with the first remake.
It really seems like Forever Entertainment just blindly re-created the game one-to-one without understanding the original artistic vision, while adding unnecessary visual embellishments to make the game look "modern". Based on what I've seen of the Zwei Remake demo, it's really disappointing that they're taking the same approach with that game.
The Panzer Dragoon series really deserves better than Forever Entertainment. I really hope we get ports of these games to make up for the half-assed remakes.
Neera the Frost Knight
I recently played Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo and it successfully scratched the 2D top-down Zelda itch I had after Mina The Hollower was delayed back in October.
I recently played Freedom Planet 2 and I think it's definitely an improvement over the original in almost every way. I also like the updated designs for Lilac and Milla.

I'm not a Hololive fan, but recently played a Hololive game called Chrono Gear: Warden of Time that I really enjoyed.
I'm glad NiGHTS is being added to Sonic Racing CrossWorlds as an actual racer instead of a shapeshifting vehicle
Pac Man with a Galaxian.
I recently played Pac Man World 2 RePac since I never beat the original back in the day. It's both a solid platformer and remake, even though the late game boss fights got REALLY frustrating.
Kirby (Air) Riders
I haven't played the original Kirby Air Ride, but the gameplay I've seen of Kirby Air Riders gave me big Sonic Riders vibes
