@ohare-lane said something in passing about how I would build a cute gym, they were kind of correct! :P it doesn’t look too bad! So I decided to share it- it has every exercise machine, and a yoga instructor + participating mats are outside, there’s a small kitchenette, and two bathrooms with a shower. The lighting looks amazing beaming in later in the afternoon, and I gave it the Sunny Aspect, Bracing Breezes and Natural Light lot traits to help make this lot really make up for what it lacks in size. I has a very small cc list, I also own all packs- but tried to use mostly basegame items. I hope you guys enjoy!

Willow Creek Hospital / CC Free
I am SO sorry this took so long and I’m even more sorry the preview photos are so bad- it was just impossible to get a good photo, honestly. But here is a compact CC free (despite what the gallery says) hospital, it has a car port, two exam rooms (total 4 exam beds) a birthing room, a lab, break-room and two bathrooms. I haven’t play tested it for the active doctor career, just for when a sim in giving birth. I hope you guys enjoy!

Uptown Splash Park
A cool concrete oasis in the heart of the city, with colorful fountains (and sprinklers for splashing), playground equipment for kids and toddlers, a picnic area with cooler and self-serve ice cream stand, chess tables, and more.
The sprinklers have been upgraded to be unbreakable and puddle-free. I wasn’t sure whether or not to do the puddle prevention upgrade since kids can play in the puddles but I was annoyed by all of the mopping going on, so I went ahead and did it. If you want the puddles, feel free to replace the sprinklers in buy mode! :)
Please enable “bb.moveobjects” before placing the lot in build mode to make sure everything stays in place.
