what's a odd quirk you have while talking?

Mine is that I always leave off or change a sound when saying hello, saying either "ello", "heyo", "hilo", etc.

oh this is an interesting one! thanks for the tag mage :) mine is that I tend to skim over a lot of the t sounds in words, so words like "mitten" sound more like "midden", with a much softer consonant.

I tend to either talk too quickly (not really noticeably fast, just too fast for my brain) or really slowly. I also tend to say syllables out of order and it feels like I talk around my words rather than talking with them

I go nonverbal sometimes, not that much anymore but whenever I do afterwords my voice kinda sound far away (so I've been told) like I'm talking from across a room. I also stumble over my words a lot and sometimes my accent slips out when I'm angry or talking to other Chamorro ppl.

Interesting tag to do.

For me, my main things when talking are that I have a lisp; I have gotten over most of it, but if I talk too fast or am tired, I can slip back into it. I can stumble on a lot of words and often ramble on, then go quiet because I overthink and get self-conscious.

Also, I have a Kiwi/British accent mix, and I use the Kiwi slang 'yeah-nah' a lot.

This might be boring and something everybody does sometimes but I do notice myself doing it a lot.

Basically I'll mix up the first half of words with the next word or another word in my sentence. So an example, if I was trying to say "Im writing byler fics again" it might come out "Im biting wriler figs again".

I do it when writing too. Not really typing but hand writing I will start spelling a word and halfway through it'll have the letters for the word later in the sentence instead of finishing it.
