One thing that keeps me hopeful about Staron in the MCU is the fact that Pepper (half of the MCU’s ultimate power couple) disappeared from the MCU for four years and broke up with Tony offscreen. Yet, when she returned they got engaged and now are planning for babies. So anything is possible for Staron. 🤞

Sharon Carter October Appreciation Day Suggestion

As all of us know, Sharon Carter Appreciation Day happens the 13th of every month. Well, October’s 13th is on a Friday, aka “Friday the Thirteenth.”

My proposal is that because it’s Halloween Month, and the stigma based around Friday the Thirteenth, that we should do a Halloween/Horror Sharon Carter Appreciation Day.

Examples:

What would Sharon had done if she was in Elm Street/Friday the 13th/Scream (movies or show)/Scary Movie (if you want to do a crack fanmedia)/Alien/Night of the Living Dead/etc. ?

or create our own horrific universe and how would she survive in it?

Normal Halloween fanmedia: trick-or-treat, costume parties, costume contest, couple costumes?

Maybe Sharon is the horror villain in the fanmedia (i mean haters are probably gonna do that anyway, so why not make take the fun from them?)

Just get into the Halloween spirit!! (Posting this in September so yall have time to work on fanfics if yall wanna do this!!)

Its amazing that their decade long comics relationship is being brought to the big screen and so many fans will be able to enjoy their mutually affectionate and reasonable relationship! :)))

i really want there to be a scene in infinity war where steve gets injured and he’s in like a coma or something and he wakes up a couple of days later and sharon is at his bedside and is like “don’t worry it’s only been a couple of days, not 70 years like last time” and steve is like “oh thank god” and then sharon is like “but seriously, stark literally offered me 100 grand to say that it was 2089 and to tell you that i was my own granddaughter so if you could just play along and tell stark that i did that so he’ll pay me, that would be great” because how awesome would that be lol

“I-it’s really 2089?” Steve asked tearfully. 

“This is Arnold Stark,” Sharon says seriously, knowing that Tony hated that name specifically. Tony actually had kids. It’s his great-great grandson.” 

“Oh god,” Steve choked. Sharon just barely manages to hide her glee as Tony cackles. 

“I got you good,” he says, tapping his phone. “Sharon, the money is in your account. You’re good to go.” Steve just smirks. 

“Thanks Tones,” he says casually. “We’ll use it for our honeymoon.” Steve walks off, Sharon laughing loudly for all to hear. Tony is spluttering, because Steve just managed to scam him–

They grow up so quickly.

Awkward Steve Rogers probably woke from a coma, and Sam Wilson smiling at him. Sam’s like “yo some cute blonde was here but she didn’t say anything.” Later he tells Natasha he’ll call her again, but this is Awkward Steve Rogers we’re talking about here. So instead he just pines and thinks about her constantly. He fights Ultron and tells everyone “I got nothin to do tomorrow” and he thinks if I live through this maybe I will give Sharon a call, but he doesn’t because he’s Awkward Steve Rogers. So he draws her sometimes and thinks about how he messed up by not calling her. And she shows up when he least expects it, Sam notices first cause Steve isn’t paying attention (rightfully so). For days he’s distracted by death, Bucky, and the accords. But he’s smart enough to realize none of this is possible without Sharon and her help. Not only did she bring his shield and Sam’s equipment, she brought some for Bucky too. Bucky, his best friend who assassinated countless people, would be jailed or dead without her. And Steve thinks to himself, this woman saved me and my criminal best friends, I’ve pined over her for years, and she did all this for me, and hey, I’m Awkward Steve Rogers, not better time to finally kiss her then now…

Sharon has the best time telling the story of their first kiss to their grandchildren, while Steve still BLUSHES at the story with that dopey grin on his face.

“Was grandpa smooth?” Little Ellie Rogers will ask.

“No, he was very awkward and adorable,” Sharon will answer.

“I wasn’t that bad,” Steve will protest good-naturedly. “You even said that it was late in coming!”

“That doesn’t mean it wasn’t awkward, Dear.” She’ll smile conspiratorially. “If you don’t believe me, ask your uncles Sam and Bucky. They saw the whole thing.”

And Steve will groan and Sharon will smile and kiss him on the cheek, with a flirty, “You got better.”

And Ellie and Andrew Rogers will get to hear Bucky and Sam’s version of the kiss. “Your grandpa had no game.” “He was very awkward.”

And it’s a delightful family story.

College AU where Steve and Sharon end up hanging out after forever being sexiled by their roommates.

“Nat said she wasn’t sure which room they’d go to tonight, and I needed to study anyways.”

“They’re currently in my and Bucky’s room. The coffee place on campus is still open, if you’re interested.”

“Sounds good.”

And they start hanging out even when they’re not being sexiled and sooner or later Nat drags Bucky back to her room only to find a tie hanging off the door and to hear Steve’s loud moans of “oh god, Sharon!”

Which brings us to Marvel. Moments before Revenge ended its series run on ABC in May 2015, news hit thatVanCamp was reprising her role as Agent 13, aka Sharon Carter (and in the MCU, arguably she’s Peggy Carter’s grand-niece), in Captain America: Civil War following her debut in 2014’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier. But in regards to whether VanCamp will reprise again in Infinity War or a future TV series, VanCamp said, “No idea.” How about the Brie Larson feature Captain Marvel? “You guys put it out there,” she said, beaming.
