Sorry I didn't do much of anything at all today, but I was over here working on another blog, she's a lovely little muse, an adult!dawn, go feel free to check her out ;)))
 â Shit. Letâs do it.Â
Red paused. He almost wanted to laugh aloudâ Oh, how hilarious that last question was. It  even took him by surprise, in a sense. He was going to have a ball with his girl, let me tell you.
âYou meanâ Â A Geodude, right? And, nahâ â He quirked a brow, looking at the girl with confusion plastered all over his face. It was hard to miss, kindaâ Well, yeah it was. The emotion was mostly nestled inside his eyes, which was hidden by the shadow of his cap.
âIf you gotta know, youâre on Mt. Silver. Nice place, huh? I like it, all the way up here.  And, I âunno why youâre up here. I thought thatâs what you knew. â A small pause. Did she ⊠Did she just ask that? Incredible.
âOh, yâknow ⊠This is the top of a mountain, after all. â
"No. I meant a Boldore." Did he not know what a Boldore was? Given, she didn't know what a Boldore was either until a short while ago. Are Boldores that rare? Hell, gotta find that one guy and ask him how he did it.
"Mount... Silver." Â Wow. Incredible. No idea where that is but, it's cold as all hell and she really wishes she weren't on Mount SIlver with this weirdo and back where she should be.
Did she get lost? Very, very lost. There's no Mount Silver in Kalos; she knew that for fact. She's seen enough maps to know that much is true. This is weird, this is weird, this is really, really weird.
"...I don't remember, don't ask me! I'm not a super huge fan of mountains, thanks a lot." Well, this is going swimmingly!
two-faced ;; open
Lumiose was a pretty two-faced place overall. It was that one city that everyone from every region vowed they would visit someday, but all were left dazed in a circle and many proved disappointed. It was far different to a native to a tourist, and those who learned to live there possessed a pretty apathetic outlook towards any newbies to their culture. It was made out to be the wonderful big city, but in turn was likely the coldest city there was.
But you see, that's why people like Emma exist. Although she has her patrols and her duties and "protecting the city" and all that whatnot, it's wasn't like that was her common identity. No, in a dangerous trade like that, you can't just go around flaunting your detective-ness. So, during the day, she's Lumiose's ultimate guide, who knew just about every crack in every sidewalk along North and South Boulevard and could address it by name. That was never easy, since a lot of people who'd lived their whole lives in the Kalos metropolis still could wind up in a lot of trouble with left and right.
This made Emma most useful during the day, if you wanted to word it that way. Yeah, when people weren't sleeping on the streets because they couldn't find their hotels, it made her night work a hell of a lot easier. There were always awestruck people, so caught in the stars in their eyes that they couldn't see where they were crossing the road. So, y'know, she intervenes, naturally. After all, no one else was going to.
"Geez, watch what you're doing!" There weren't any cars nearby, but still, it's the principle of the thing. "What're you doing? Are you asking for a Lumi Cab to round around and ram you?"
â Shots  fired. This is, by far, the sassiest person he has metâ Excluding Green, but he doesnât need to be apart of this, now does he?
â Sorry to break it to you, but I dunno the placeâ I havenât been to Kalos. And, just wonderinâ, nothing wrong with it. Youâre far from home ⊠Why are you here?â
Ooooh, she's a living, breathing ball of sass when the mood is right. Better prepare.Â
"What, have you been living under a Boldore?" Has only ever seen a Boldore once in her life, but still felt it completely necessary to take the opportunity that the situation served.
"To be honest, no clue. Not a one. Why am I here? You tell me." Also, jacket please? "And why's it so damn cold?" Â Questions galore! Have fun.
"Ah! Emma! Bonjour! How are you and Mimi?"
"Ehâ?"
"Um⊠Bonjour. Weâre doing fine, I guess. Why dâyou ask?â
"And what about Mimi? Has the little Espurr evolved yet?"
"Mimi has made it pretty clear that she doesn't wanna evolve. She's fine as an Espurr anyways."Â And up Mimi skittered, hugging at Emma's ankles in wait to be lifted.
And so it was done.
"Ah! Emma! Bonjour! How are you and Mimi?"
"Ehâ?"
"Um⊠Bonjour. Weâre doing fine, I guess. Why dâyou ask?â
"Donât worry. I donât mind. So anything been happening while at the Looker Bureau ?"
"Yeah, sure, a whole lot of nothing. Appreciate your asking, though."
â New people. They are everywhere.Â
Red took one more glance at the girl before actually speaking, âYouâre not from âround here, are you? Where are you from? â
"What's it to you?"
Now, now, Emma. Just because you're out of your natural-born element doesn't give you a right to be sassy with nosy strangers. Well, it might a little bit.
"Lumiose. Kalos. Big tower in the middle. You probably know it."
"Ah! Emma! Bonjour! How are you and Mimi?"
"Ehâ?"
"Um⊠Bonjour. Weâre doing fine, I guess. Why dâyou ask?â
"Itâs just that itâs been a while since we seen each other and I kind of wanted to say hi."
"Well, forgive me if I didn't seem all that excited."
"Ah! Emma! Bonjour! How are you and Mimi?"
"Ehâ?"
"Um⊠Bonjour. Weâre doing fine, I guess. Why dâyou ask?â

Interactions, particularly those with strangers, were somewhat unbeknownst to Colress, and he found himself digging for the proper words before extending a tentative greeting.
"Oh - hello. Are you lost?"
Woah. Shit. Are we lost? What happened. Why are we here. Who's this weirdo. Is that a Pokemon living on his head.
"I don't just 'get lost'." Hands meet pockets as her weight shifts from the center to a tilt.
Nope. Guess we're not.

Words of Emotion
"I'll show you what IÂ do to Pokemon thieves!"
"Les touristes sont trÚs mal du à Kalosian."
"L'un d'eux est allé a la coiffeuse et demandé si elle permettrait coupe de sa cheval. Je pense qu'elle est morte de rire."
Awkward At Its Best [Emma + Serena]
With things being slow at the Pokemon League, Serena decided to take most of the midday off to walk around Lumious City. Knowing that itâd been awhile, the young Champion decided to stop by Looker Bureau to check up on the new owner of the bureau.
Hearing the sound of a heavy object fall, the blonde quickly went inside. âYou already, Emma?â She asked, walking over to her.
Blink. Blink. Okay, I think we're finally back in reality. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just clumsy as all hell." She seemed to be pretty good at falling down these days.
Quickly sweeping the dust from her clothes, she made sure to set the chair back upright before she finally took a moment to address Serena. Weird, she didn't expect her to show up anymore.
"What brings you here? Did you want a battle or something? 'Cause I'm not working till later."
((Joy?))

With the initial reaction of bewilderment, the navy pools wavered back and forth, soaking in the warmth in her chest. Jubilee really snagged you by the throat, it seemed, as though it were the first cousin to shock, but it was in the split second after the brain finally could comprehend that could light up Prism Tower.
Her entire existence radiated in moments like this, as her beam changed every atmosphere in a ten-mile radius. Her cheeks would flush with gratitude and the will of being really and truly alive.
That voice would spring up octaves, almost as though she hadnât grown up so fast. As if her childhood- as if everything sheâd ever known- had been perfect.
That split second was perfect.
