New art wip! Drawing Viktor as the GITS S. A. C. 2 album. Had this idea bouncing around and was encouraged to finally draw it after I saw @starry-eyed-moth art of GITS Viktor. He is holding the Creator Viktor Hexclaw!

I also have a GITS inspired AU that I am gonna start on after I am done with Vector Trapped in the Network!
