LAVENDER HUES GLANCED UPON the Joestar as his friend walked on. Hand gripping his cane, the redhead followed after catching up with the taller male "Jotaro..." he'd muttered the other's name softly as he huffed a breath, "We both know this is what you've been doing. For years." Eventually, the redhead hobbled his way to where he was standing in front of the other, a hand held to his chest as he stopped Jotaro from walking.
"Look at me." His tone had become firm as his head tilted while looking up at the other, "Look me straight in the eye and tell me it's a complete lie." A challenge, basically egging the other on somewhat.
leave it to his long - time friend to recognize that which no one else can, even the most observant of people let him slip through their senses with ease. through hell & back they walked together to face the devil that walked among men -- it’s no wonder his gaze can strike through his walls & see what lies beyond.

HE STOPS & WONDERS if he heard wrong, glancing over his shoulder to the red head, those unforgettable eyes staring almost expectedly at him for a response, locking onto his soul & digging in. a simple, yet vague, answer is all he gives before turning away once more, hands in his pockets & a frown on his face. searching for happiness? the very idea is a foreign concept to him to him, it feels ; his life, dedicated to others & not himself, had become one greyscale picture, with an occasional flash of color that soon gets washed out.

it's always been a point of interest & curiosity for others since he was young ( ' oh jojo's so cool & mysterious! ‘always more’… so that meant that just like how it happened in morioh, there could be another town or city with a new influx of users because of it & that… definitely complicated things. was it possible to duplicate those arrows? josuke would image that with a stand, it was possible considering the range of abilities he had been exposed to, but what would happen in that case? while his mind wondered about those things, he couldn’t help but look at jotaro & wonder just how involved he was with the speedwagon foundation in that case.

a disease is a fitting way to put it. one that could spread like wildfire with the arrow in the wrong hands ; that they can only work tirelessly to stop & merely hope to achieve. arrow-made stand users that pop up around the globe with unimaginable powers, while those ‘ unworthy ‘ of the power perish in turn. ❝ exactly. there’s no telling where the unaccounted for arrows are, who has them -- if they’re using them. ❞
he crosses his arms, taking a moment to think of his answer. what’s to be done with the dangerous ones? jotaro has little issue taking care of them if they prove to be a danger & refuse to cooperate. ❝ there’ll always be other stand user that will stand up to the ones like kira. they’ll find each other. ❞
