Girl just start gratitude journelling, exercise and drink enough water and get sunlight ..... Literally life changing.

I have been in ur situation before .

This helps a lot .

Journelling I am used too ....I have shelves full of it. And I know it's just a phase . Once college starts I'll be back to the grind.

It's Life changing completely agreed . Specially after rotting away with laptop the whole night.

I guess we all have this phase🥹😅
