Sometimes joy means you have to be an archaeologist and an astronomer rolled into one. Sometimes you gotta dig deeper. Sometimes you have to see farther.

having time vs. making time. there’s a difference.
There is an absolute limit to human potential. Nothing can be gained without equal sacrifice.

Lying on an empty field, I looked at the clouds slowly finding their way to each other. Then not too long after, they rolled away from one another. It reminded me of how people come and go in life. Everything was nothing but a temporary moment. “Beautiful, isn’t it?” A soft, loving voice spoke, that brought me back to reality from my own thoughts. I looked down at the weight on my chest. She looked back at me with a smile on her face. “Yeah, it sure is,” I said, as I reached out to move a few strands of hair from her face, “Truly a sight for sore eyes.” She let out a laugh and ran her fingers over my eyebrows. We held each other’s gaze like how we held each other; tenderly. “Don’t ever forget.” “What?” “This moment,” she answered as she ran her nimble fingers over my face, as if to trace and remember every inch of it, “And me.”

I love the Sun and I will spend my whole life chasing its rays, drowning in the flames despite knowing that it will hurt in the end. Is that not what love is? To chase what you love even if it hurts like hell, is that not what love is?

Sometimes, some things must fall apart in order for them to fall back together.
