another thing i thought yall were just hyping up is those 70 cal fiber one brownies but i bought some today and OMG YALL THEY ARE LITERALLY SO FUCKING GOOD. like they literally taste like an actual brownie, better than cosmic brownies imo and only 70 cals. and if you heat them up in the microwave for 20 seconds they’re EVEN BETTER LITERALLY LIKE A BROWNIE FRESH OUT OF THE OVEN GO BUY THEM RN IF YOU HAVENT TRIED THEM. i’m gonna have one heated up with some halo top this week i’m so excited.

wow. i ate a lot today, although, the angel numbers are making me feel a little less bad for some reason lol. i am disappointed but not surprised as this is what i expect from spending the night with family. and at the end of the day a happier, more peaceful home will help me keep weight off in the long term. i prefer this to grumpy parents that cause me stress eats. i’ll do better in the week.

I should’ve probably ate more. I said I didn’t want to eat below 1000 cals. I also did a 45 minute treadmill workout so I could’ve definitely ate more. Then again I’m going for ribs with my family tomorrow so maybe this type of restraint is good in preparation for that.

I had less than yesterday which is good. That’s all I’m going to focus on. Eating a little less everyday. But I don’t want to eat less than 1000 cals because I want to avoid binges at all costs. Having ana for 5+ years has taught me that extreme restriction almost always makes me binge and gain more in the end. I have to be smarter this time. What I choose to do must be sustainable.
