This client had a leaking toilet, a leaking faucet, and a burst water supply flex. It's easy to fix each fixture but leaks will continue to spring if you don't address the root of the issue. After checking the water pressure, it was determined the home needed a new water pressure regulator. Demo'ed old waste, water, and gas lines and re-piped hot and cold in copper, waste and vent in ABS, and gas in black pipe.
