everyone @ tv is so nice lol like i was literally the only reason vf didnt cave the last 4 months while they had me working literally two differnt roles i was working like 60 hours a week and the accessories director wouldnt even LOOK at me !!!!!! i’d pass her in the hall and she would literally look at her feet. here literally everyone is SO nice and goes out of the way to say hi and ask me how its going like ........ what kind of emotional abuse did i just resurrect from !!!!!!!! 

but really this is kind of like a dream i get to do fun stuff with fun people all day i dont have to do any of the physical/tedious labor of working in the closet i already get to write for web and go to events i get out of work before 6:30 like a normal person there are tons (?) of black people here like !!! i’m so happy

anyways friday i got coffee in bedstuy with the fashion / style director @ paper mag and she was so sweet and was like offering me jobs and offering to connect me w like other stylists whatever to assist not that i can take them but when I’m thinking of going off to freelance i def wanna work with her and then this friday i’m getting coffee with SHIONA TURINI like i could die i could really die anyway basically my plan is to ask every black girl in the industry to hang out with me until they bring me on to some extravagant team and i’m shionas ig photos with solange in bermuda
