Hi hello i’m sorry i’ve been gone so long.

life just got to the point where I just did not have the energy to keep up with much anymore and kind of shut down on everything ever. but I am crawling back and I am debating on a new blog because I want reorganize things, and probably redo my whole tag system since it’s a mess and tbh I forgot what the heck some tags stand for lmao ;; 

But there’s still threads I definitely want to carry over if people are still willing to write them with me!! ;; Please let me know if you’d be ok with that or if you’d rather start something entirely new bc I don’t wanna throw anybody off. ;;; I’m hoping to also take this opportunity to start some new threads and plot with others bc you all have amazing characters I’ve been admiring from afar. }

The knock at the door receives a muffled answer,

“I don’t wanna, Aedryn,”

She’s told him about five times now. It’s a very strange thing indeed, to feel so full and yet so empty, as if she has both gained and lost an important part of herself. Though she is acutely aware of how selfish it must be, she cannot help but mourn the loss of Ardbert’s conscious presence, for it is as if she has lost a friend. He is still with her, of course, and always will be, yet...

Bitter emotions run rampant in her chest. It wasn’t quite the same as having someone to talk to- someone who could understand. Though she had only known him for a brief period, it had been as if they’d known each other for years. She could relate to him, and he, to her. 

But that was gone now... and in it’s place was an infuriating mockery of all that he was. 

The knock at the door comes again, and Etoile rises from her bed with a sigh, brows knitted together in frustration as she shuffles towards the threshold of her room and draws open the doors. Immediately, her expression shifts as she catches sight of the one standing before her, and she ducks behind the wooden structure that once stood between them somewhat, having not expected such a guest. She likely looks worse for wear at the moment, her thoughts contributing to her usual night time restlessness and amplifying it’s effects, rendering the night sleepless. She is exhausted, her hair is still a mess, and she is still very much in her night clothes.

Slowly, but surely~ Even though we enjoy hop-skip-jumps through ask shenanigans and such LMAO but that’s totally a-okay. ; w ;/ <3Seriously though, I very much enjoy the natural evolution of their dynamic and relationship. It’s just so so perfect for the both of them, considering the past traumas they’ve gone through while alone. And I find it super interesting to see how relaxed Ettie is around him already... ; - ; <333 They’re very sweet on each other, and ugh. Noctis means a lot to her too. ; - ; <33 I’m really excited about seeing them in action more!!
