Ricky dropped a Fiver in the tip jar on the counter as he thanked the bar tender. He’d gone to fetch drinks for himself and Olivia, being an hour or so into their day out. It was a day off work and the two had agreed to go out by the shore and see where they day took them. Following the serotonin, as the kids said. She’d been through Hell and back in the recent months, and the best that Richard could do was be a friend and not push. Would he pry? Absolutely, but more than anything he was willing to serve as a distraction. He was always making sure everyone was having a good time. Nothing was more important to him than wrestling, and making sure that his loved ones were in good health. So when he saw Liv moping around a few days earlier, he knew it was time to force his way into her weekend.

“Look at you, lookin’ like a Maxim cover.” He gassed, walking around the chairs they’d set out on the sand. He plopped down smoothly into his seat, handing Liv her drink of choice. “Drink up, we got a lot of bad choices to catch up on.” He winked, sipping on the straw that was dipped into his very strong Long Island. With nothing more than sunglasses and swim trunks on, he laid out for a tan. This was just what they needed. And if they got bored? They’d simply walk the boardwalk until they found a decent enough bar to change speeds in. “How are we feeling? Gimme a vibe check, Penny.”

Ricky gave a nod, looking through his shades around at the crashing waves and people scattered about the beach. "Rickles is good. Weather's not too hot, beach isn't too crowded..." He turned his head back to the blonde and smiled. "Always good vibes when I'm with you, Penny." He gave her a wink. She'd been more reserved lately but he knew it'd only be a matter of time before she was letting the alcohol relax her. "When you get enough tanning in let me know, there's a bar down the boardwalk I wanna check out. Said they had flaming shots or something. Always wanted to watch someone get lit on fire." He teased before taking a sip from his drink.
