Hard to believe I'm on week 5 of my weight loss!
Been real busy with a new job and going to the gym so I haven't had the time to provide a little update on how I'm feeling.
So far, the weight loss is going ok. I'm down about 8~ pounds from when I started (I'll see my actual weight tomorrow lol) but it's good! Going to the gym more often has been something that is an ordeal. In total, it takes me about 4 hours to go from bed to gym to back home and clean and showered. I think I can optimize it better so I'm not spending like 40% of my free time just driving around.
The food side has been a mixed bag. Some days I eat very little, others i decide to eat a lot of cake. But I'm figuring it out.
I'll give a proper update in the coming days! And some progress pictures.
