last night I started to get a bit inspired and decided to do a very small project. basically it might be something that I’ll include into a portfolio. But I’ve so far started designing the lead characters, and did this color key for a shot. I’ve also written down a quick run down of the story.

Finally finished this thing. I was gonna get it done two days ago but I ended up doing something else.

I try to not post/reblog fanart onto here a lot, but I’m really happy with how this turned out. I’m extremely pumped for the release of the official Journal 3 coming out in July.

I spent most of my afternoon doing the background and then worked on the front ground.

So with the recent episode of Gravity Falls (The Last Mabelcorn) I got inspired to do some fanart from it. While watching at certain points, I was reminded of Gekidan Inu Curry, and I decided that I would try and make it look as close as possible to their style.

Did some action line practice since I need to use those more. I also drew these to a ASMR vid which seemed to help quite a lot for some reason

While working on this, manga studio crashed before I could have saved. Luckily I was recording at the time, so I grabbed a screenshot of what it would have looked like. Sadly it’s low res, but at least I have proof that I did something today that I liked.
