Just tryin-a be like e'erbody else.... Pft. I don't look too shabby for having stopped working out. Can't wait for this damn burn to heal so I can move again...then all bets are off. HOWEVER. I do have issues with shoulder presses...even 8lb weights a set of 8 seems to pull a muscle in the front of my shoulder. Wtf? Wrong form? I'll have to post a video later and ask for help. :) Back to playing #Fallout......
