It wasn't older than half a year old.
Because the system didn't know how to treat a child that was so traumatized it couldn't see police men without thinking it would get taken away again or needles because its birth parents were substance abusers.
Because it wasn't raised like a normal child, it was raised as another social services file, another patient in the infant-juvenile psychiatry department, another issue.
Because social workers explained to it that whom it was living with wasn't its birth mother at the age of 4 years old and didn't know how to handle it other than pure primal rage towards its foster mother due to not understanding.
Because it copied its birth mother's personality each time she visited.
Because he couldn't stand talking about the country he was born at because it had associated so much with its birth parents.
Because it had to see its grandmother slowly die due to breast cancer.
Because it had to see its birth mother slowly die of ALS while she fed it nothing but lies and before she died it insulted and showed its rage to her.
Because it had to see its first dog which acted as a service dog and was its only genuine support getting euthanized because one day she suddenly couldn't move her legs.
Because it got relentlessly bullied in every place it went to, even to this day.
Because it had to drop out of his studies he was good at because his mental health declined drastically.
Because it got sexually harassed and assaulted by 4 people and none of them are sorry and even laugh about it to this day, it didn't even realise it was sexual harassment and assault until much later.
Because each time it goes on hiking trails it only wants to leave the path and disappear forever.
Because it knows people can see how mentally ill it is and won't approach it or talk to it.
Because since it was a small child everyone said it was way too sensitive and it hasn't changed.
Because it can't go outside anymore because everything triggers it and makes it dissociate to the point it doesn't know where it is.
Because it can't distinguish hallucinations from reality anymore.
Because it attempted suicide 3 times already in the span of 8 months and no one seems to take it seriously.
Because it's extremely emotionally attached to objects and animals because they understand it.
Because it has begun to embrace the fact it's perceived as nothing but less than a human and its begging to take comfort in it.
Because it has developed a dissociative identity disorder of sorts but knows they'll never diagnosed it.
Because its headmates are fictives it finds extreme comfort in because it's lonely and needs support no one can provide.
Another social services meeting, because it can never control its life as much as it wants.
"Like when you were a child" because it will never recover from the extreme trauma, because it gets traumatized again and again.

Being a system sometimes it's ridiculous because wdym I introjected 4 characters from fucking KNIGHT RIDER to cope with trauma about being neglected and abandoned as a child and trauma with past relationships😭💀
