Album Cover sketch
This was my intial idea for the album cover and some potential characters to fit.
I plan to use the same framing for the album cover, but I will have prosthetic wounds, corresponding to the characters story, instead of makeup.

Lighting Diagrams
For the Album Cover, I will use two softboxes at head height on either side of the subject to provide a soft full coverage of light for all four characters.
For the CD Booklet and Inlay, I will use two softboxes; one down on the floor, in front and a little to the right of the model, in order to light the bottom half of the dresses. The other at shoulder height, in front and to the left of the model to light the top half and face.
My Idea
Disney goes Metal album.
Artist name - Seraphina
Album Title - Beautiful Beasts
Album Cover -Â
Andy Warhol’s Marilyn Monroe style framing for the image.Â
Four characters in one image; Snow White, Cinderella, Ariel, Belle. Each character will have prosthetic wounds that correspond with their story; Ariel will have her voice box ripped out, Belle will have scratches across her face after being attacked by Beast, Snow White with a hole burned in her cheek from poisoned apple, Cinderella with glass slipper heel through cheek.
CD Booklet -Â
Four characters, individually, in full outfits in story appropriate locations; Ariel on a beach, Snow White in a forest, Belle in beautiful gardens, Cinderella outside a grand manor house.Â
CD Inlay -Â
All four characters, together, in one location with a castle in the background.
Video -Â
Music video teasers for all four characters. Artist in costume of appropriate character. Either in studio, on location, or both.

FMP Comic Book Plot

Years later scans reveal a ship in low orbit above the earth. Scientists scramble to figure out what to do, but before they can the ship lands. A person emerges and reveals that humanity is now advanced enough to join the rest of the advanced races of the universe.

Scientists scramble to figure out what the ship is going to do, but before they can figure it out, the ship lands. A person emerges and reveals that humans are finally advanced enough to come out of isolation and join the rest of the advanced races.

- First Contact
- Visitor from Nowhere
- Experience of Aliens
- Honor of Stardust
FMP Update
I have decided to create a Comic Book instead of a Graphic Novel as it is smaller and can focus more on the detail of each image rather than the writing of the story.Â
I will create a Comic Book and with a large print of the Front Cover as Comic Art.
Graphic Novel Model Research
Nina Dobrev:
Likes -Â
- Hair: Long, past shoulder length, brown hair (straight or curled)
- Build: Tall, very slender, lean.
- Nose: Average size (not too big, not too small), straight bridge, rounded tip.
Can look plain with little to no makeup, straight hair and casual clothing (jeans, t-shirt and possibly glasses). But when she has full makeup, curled hair and smarter clothing (Blouse/Dress with a leather jacket and high heels) she can stand out from a crowd and look stunning and girly or fierce.Â
Candice Accola:
Like -Â
- Eyes: Big, bright, beautiful, blue eyes (compliment her petite feminine features)
- Build: Tall and quite slim.
Very beautiful and would stand out from a crowd whether trying to be plain or not.
Graphic Novel Front Cover Sketches
These are a couple of designs I came up with for the front cover of my Graphic Novel.Â
Graphic Novel Plot Outline
Exposition - A young girl living in a big city becomes a superhero.
Inciting Incident - A young man finds an online advert to become a supervillain.
Rising Action - Girl hires boy to be her nemesis.
Climax - Hero and Villain role reversal after argument.
Falling Action - Girl begins planning her revenge on boy after he calls off their arrangement.
Resolution - Boy stands up for himself and loved ones. Epic fight ensues.
My Graphic Novel
Title - Heroes and Villains
Plot - A young girl with a dream of becoming a superhero will do anything to make it happen.
Characters -Â
Lexa Collins/Enchantro:
- Powers: Witch-like magic, Energy pulses, telekinesis
- Origin: Serum made by the company she works for Carpisa Industries.
James Matthews/Obsidian:
- Powers: Destruction/Kill off livings things with a single touch, Energy pulses, telekinesis, flight
- Origin: Same serum as Lexa
(I will illustrate my story with photos edited to look like comic book style images.)

Live Project
These are just a few images I found to show the type of style I’m looking at.
Live Project - Initial Idea
My idea for this project is Disney Goes Metal.Â
My artist will be a young female singer. She will be dressed as different Disney characters of the songs that she covers (e.g. Part of that World - Little Mermaid = artist dressed as Ariel).
The album from this artist will be Metal covers of Disney songs sung by female characters or princesses.
The photos for this album will include the artist dressed as Disney Princesses but with some sort of twist (e.g. prosthetic injuries/metal makeup).
