I'm just re-watching Earthlings and I noticed... at the very beginning, when Jasper speaks to one of her captives, she asks "what happened to you" and she really doesn't seem to know about corruption/ the damage the diamonds inflicted. This seems to be a big secret on homeworld (bc I think a gem made on earth, made to defeat Rose Quartz, would have found out whatever she could about earth). it makes sense though as it is a weapon of mass destruction against *all* gems, including loyal ones.
(con’t) I wonder if the fusion also had a lasting effect on the corrupted gem... if she now has some qualities of Jasper, too... hopefully not her anger...
Yeah, I mean. I remember Peridot also saying something along the lines of never seeing corrupted gems before too? As for the corrupted gem taking on some Jasper qualities, who knows...
When Steven and Amethyst had their moment I whispered "Now fuse" (ala "now kiss") and THEN THEY DID and I may have shrieked.
Meanwhile my reaction was along the lines of “Wait did they– OH THEY– AAHH THEY DID!!!”
Both Jasper AND Bismuth have said that [Rose] lost. What does that even mean?
I think maybe Rose lost because almost all of the crystal gems were wiped out/the gems left over became corrupted?
Bismuth also said she lied about everything but idk if she means bing a quartz or about bismuth
I think she was referring to what happened to Bismuth
Wasn't it already confirmed she wasn't a Diamond when Bismuth literally explained that she was created and is a Quartz?

Honestly? That was my fav part and I love Smoky Quartz and I love that Jasper got to experience my life in elementary school in the early 2000′s before yo-yos were banned.
