Site Migration

When my WordPress hosting term ends in December, I’m not going to renew. I think I’m going to move the site into the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

…since I last wrote something here? Holy moly, lots has happened.

Three months ago I was still employed at Polaris Alpha (a Parsons company), though I was working on a temporary project not affiliated with Lucidworks Fusion. I was, however, entertaining a call from a company that we at PolarisAlpha had prepared to subcontract for in their Lucidworks Fusion practice.

First time on a base in…

Never mind HOW long.  :). 

I’m onsite at Polaris Alpha’s office on base at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.  Clearly this was formerly an EOIR office, as the customer for most everything this office does is the US Army.  Including the project that I’m now working on.
