I think that all of the diamonds corrupted pink diamond while she was still on earth. What I think happened is that all of pink diamonds entourage turned to rose's side, and the diamond fusion corrupted the entire entourage. They wanted to take out all of the gems in one shot and rose is trying to show pink's gem to them. The ignored it and she was corrupted. They made the pyramid temple to contain pinks corrupted form. Reference the mural. That is why all diamonds are guilty. Even Blue.

It’d be really cool if the gem muralpyramid thing is only sentient bc of pink diamonds shards, it’d be like a way of pink diamond telling everyone what really happened moments before her shattering. I do believe blue could be guilty too, but she honestly has no clue what happened to pink diamond and you’d think 1000’s of years after the other diamonds would have told her cause they seem to know. They seem to know all too well……

Hm. Blue zircon brought up an EXCELLENT argument that just threw every theory about the shattering of pink diamond off. Personally, I think there are only 4 ways pink diamond could've been shattered. Rose did shatter her, somehow someway rose really did it Pearl did it. Highly likely cause pearl acts up in funny ways when under stress, ex. the whole peridot situation in Week of sardonyx It wasnt rose, it wasnt pearl, it was one of the diamonds gems (higher gems) that did it and yellow or white is covering up for them. One of roses supporters? idk. I'll just call them former crystal gems. one of the former crystal gems did it and later on got shattered so rose was blamed for convenience

it seems that no matter what, all gems have powers related to the diamonds powers. blue diamond seems pretty water-based and other blue gems have water-based powers too. even aquamarines wings seem like they contain water.

yellow diamond has electricity powers, and peridot can control metals. metal conducts electricity.

we now know that white diamond has fire powers. we can also infer from ruby and her ability to get extremely hot (she hasnt used fire yet, so idk if she can actually use fire) that she, and other rubies most likely belong to white diamond

as for pink diamond, we can tell from “her” gems that she had earth related powers. steven now has roses gem and we’ve seen his affiliation with plants, pearl can manipulate sand, the quartz soldiers are the most human gems on the show, etc.

i really do believe this scene takes place with lars and steven in the kindergarten. the kindergarten is dome shaped and it looks like the background in this screenshot is dome shaped as well. Maybe lars really does die? I think its a joke, but he really could given the circumstances. It would make sense. If blue diamond really wanted to hurt steven, she'd have to kill lars
