Hey hey!! Sorry if I’ve been posting inconsistently or like I take long gaps… I’ll be working on other things (like artfight) and also im doing some writing for this AU and potentially the first chapter! I did write a document on Stevy’s Biography and I went a bitch in-depth on his skillset.

Skillset brainstorms! / what I wrote.

Intuition: Stevy has the natural ability of being extremely intuitive and can immediately read people, situations, and basically just heightened awareness of his surroundings. Barely oblivious.

Vigilance: He is very watchful and wakeful, if you task him to watch over someone of something, they will never be out of his sight, no matter what!

Socially Observant: Stevy can immediately tell who and what traits a person has just by their demeanor, how they present themselves, facial expressions, tone, he can read everything very well.

Creativity: Stevy has a hand in the natural arts, being very skilled in drawing, painting, and etc.

Creative thinker: Stevy has a tendency to things of unique solutions. Tedious, longer, unusual, in the end, it mostly ends in success.

Musicals: Stevy is very skilled in his main instrument: the Violin. He is also a good singer and can play other instruments like the electric guitar and bass. He does like to play more orchestral instruments like Double bass or Cello but he doesn’t mind.

Unobtrusiveness: Stevy is very good at being stealthy but with the combination of past trauma and his abilities, he can blend into crowds and objects.

Linguistics: Stevy can easily obtain and mimic how accent and tone sound or how a language sounds. Other than that, Stevy knows Portuguese and a little bit of Spanish and French, but it won’t be too long until he dominates those quickly.

Athleticism: Stevy isn’t that prominent in sports but he does participate in Tennis and soccer as an extracurricular and a form of fitness. He plays tennis as a duo with Connie most of the time during tennis practice.

Besides alla that, I do only have some things from previous writings about his powers. For his “agate” side I thought it would primarily be his hydrokinesis, to be able to manipulate water and change its form from ice to gas/clouds. He also focuses on being a versatile fighter. as of the moment right now, he can use his bow correctly so he creates these water spears! I may have posted it but whatever reposting is fun .

I did say on a post I wask thinking he’d form a water suit as a way to be a tank and make heavy hits. I think of Raph from tmnt with his abilities for this! And also lapis during suf.

I wanted to remake that sailor outfit I gave stevy and I thought he’d wear this in the plot as a cosplay! He enjoys watching a lot of anime and magical girls so I think he’d make his own oc and cosplay as it or cosplay as the character he likes. Thinking he’d like Gappy from jojo pt.8

Also, he also gets super duper anxious talking about it or ppl seeing him dress up in that way. Why? Just terrible anxiety really.

Designing a fusion between Pearl and Petalite! Their name is Hackmanite and they are a groovy and charismatic fusion.

I did hackmanite because I searched they glow under UV light and such and I thought when they go into that fusion room it’ll be like a whole dance club and she’ll be glowing under that disco ball!

don’t have a weapon imagined I’ll cuz it wasn’t my primary focus but I’ll work on it 😼

Working on a Spodumene + Pearl fusion , im making their fusion name can be Labradorite as for their design now! It’s a placeholder really-this fusion is the role of Opal and a little mix of sardonyx in demeanor but in an aloof way.

I’m thinking of their colors mixing together, giving this teal-light blue and yellow mix. For the whole aesthetic and outfit, I was thinking of Cowboys.. Jotaro Kujo, Bayonetta, some of leather subcultures and gimpy gear, stuff like that. I like to think for every spodumene fusion it has to be based off of some sea creature. Nice idea!

I managed to mash up a rapier and a weaponized anchor into a harpoon gun! Or more like harpoon pistols.

hey it’s Jamie again! 🎭

Wanted to go in depth about him and answer some things about him and what I chose to do with him for my AU. keeping it short but I’ll update this sometime later 😌

Q: why is Jamie’s Last name Astra?

A: To start off, I got ‘Astra’ from the Latin phrase *’Ad Astra’* — *“to the stars.”*

Jamie is an absolute book worm and knows a lot about literature so that phrase stuck out to him the most. coincidentally, a friend of his during stage sets used to called him “Ad Astra” because of how passionate he was to act.

I think it fits since Jamie wanted to chase his dreams of becoming an amazing actor despite his parents disregarding it and wanting him to be a doctor, or engineer, etc… they don’t appreciate him for his interests in who he is.

So that’s what he abandoneds Cordero for Astra. As in heart, he’ll die as a star .

Despite that, he makes through by doing acting roles, practicing poetry and literature and linguistic, and being a director himself. Jamie became a full-fledged actor for some time but slowly became dreadful due to his manager Bill Dewey.

I’m thinking about starting fusions again and some designing on the cabin + the temple sooo… look out!!

I'm a bit biased since I help out with the art and beta read for it, but this fic is sooo well-written, and it's updated very often. This AU is about a version of Steven split as a baby, forcing his two halves to live very different lives. The gem half is raised like the Steven we're all familiar with, while the human half is raised as an orphan that gets sent from house to house until he ends up in Beach City with Vidalia. It's a romantic, high school centered slow burn with about 40 chapters already finished. Plenty to read!

This is one of the older AUs that's still kicking. Updates are slow, but the artwork is so high quality it's worth the wait. It's exactly what it says on the tin; and alternative take on what happens in the Movie.

Blue Diamond AU (Stevy) | @wastelandkg72

Lotta Blue Diamond AUs out there but I really like this one. It's different. Like really different. If you put a gun to my head I would have never guessed Stevy's dad was fucking JAMIE THE MAILMAN. Very cool. It's got great artwork too, I love all the designs! I think this deserves way more love and attention than it gets.

Another long standing AU about a version of Steven who has a twin sister, Nora, that has Pearl's gem. Steven still has Rose's. As you can guess, without Pearl present and a new kid added, the main CG dynamic is a bit different. There's a nice, chunky comic on Tapas you can read for it.

I cannot sing enough praises of C4's Ponyx, truly one of the best AUs around besides WDAU. The art is amazing, the characters are well-written, and the story is so compelling. If you haven't read it for some reason, I highly recommend it, even if AUs are not typically your jam. This one is canon-complaint and slots in between "I Am My Monster" and "The Future".

Divide AU | @unixxverse

Steven and his gem get separated at a young age, but the gem half is essentially "reset" into something entirely new. I adore the designs for this AU, especially Rosyn <3

Bleeding-Heart | @zef01

This one is kind of forming in real time— it's like of an exploration of relationships and character dynamics more than anything. I like to peep in on occasion and see how it's shaping up.

Shatterer Steven | @crudaka

Another brand new AU, featuring a Steven that ruthlessly shatters the Diamonds. He reminds me of a significantly more unhinged but way less suicidal Heartbreak lol, like one who hadn't escalated to full on genocide.

Honey and Liberty | @wendystarseed

Post-canon AU where Steven owns an apple orchard. It's very slice of life, best described as pure converse fluff.
