Is your wife going to have to change her url now that you're no longer sexhaver?
i have specifically asked her not to change it because it's way funnier this way

Thank you to everyone who got me to 500 likes!
the only thing i actually miss about a massive follower count is the ability to ragebait thousands of people at a time with a poll post
thinking about it a little bit, the follower count is literally the least impactful part of it. yeah i had 50k-ish followers but at least half of those were inactive and it's not like i was doing anything with the remainder. i only ever cared about notes from mutuals and i'll find most/all of them again within a month or so.
the part that actually pisses me off is that i lost 13 years of posts. that was basically my diary and it's gone now. there have been so many times i've had a train of thought and then been like "oh i made/reblogged a post about that at some point" and referred back to it. not to be dramatic but my blog was basically an extension of my brain and nuking it has lobotomized me a bit
arguing (in the US) that fireworks are bad because they trigger PTSD is imperialist apologism because most of the people getting PTSD triggered by random distant explosions are US veterans and we've already established that deliberately triggering their PTSD is praxis

Post 1: ouuugh imagine fucking a child 🤤
Post 2: people are calling me a creep for no reason at all
Post 1: incest and child abuse are a product of the patriarchy, not of a random pervert hiding in the bushes, and to pretend otherwise is to give credence to misogynistic myths about abuse
Post 2: rest assured everything in my blog is playing pretend, kink is entirely make believe
Post 3: ok but imagine raping your 2 year old daughter 🤤
Post 1: please interrogate your disgust response, because disgust doesn’t equal morality, and not everything that you find distasteful is harmful
Post 2: my favorite piece of erotica has to be shitty heterosexual as fuck stepbrother rape porn except it’s okay because they’re both boys
my favorite Trent Reznor pics in the world, he’s straight Flooping it
Nightreign doesn't have region-based matchmaking - well, there's technically a toggle for "match outside of my region" on the network settings, but the only two regions are "japan" and "everywhere else on earth", so if you're not playing from japan it does nothing. so i have to do it myself by using an external program to track everyone's ping as they join a lobby while standing by a cliff side. if i notice a ping >250, i use the split-second the game takes to load you into character select to throw myself off of said cliff, aborting the matchmaking entirely.
the program also lists everyone's steam usernames, and those actually load in faster than the ping updates to an accurate count. and the split second you have to throw yourself off the cliff is sometimes not long enough to wait for that ping to update. all of which combines to the unfortunate conclusion where the correct response to seeing a Chinese username is to immediately kill myself
people in Boston just got this emergency alert on their phones and you wouldn't know it from reading it but it's actually referring to a then-incoming thunderstorm that is already gone 15 minutes later and not a mass shooting. why would they word it like this. there's no indication it's related to the weather at all
