Headcanon:

For a few consecutive Halloweens, when they were kids, Scott and Stiles dressed up as Aladdin and Abu. Stiles never complained about being the monkey sidekick because he really liked the hat and its tassel and he claimed, "The cuter character gets more candy anyway."

I would like to talk about this picture for just a minute. For those of you who don’t know. I am pretty positive that Stiles and the Nogitsune are playing “Go” inside of either his head, or wherever the went when they made the surrogate sacrifice. Which is at least what I am thinking, considering that’s how the Nogistune was brought about in the first place. 

But, where they are is not what I want to talk about. I want to talk about the game that they are playing. Go, is an extremely intellectual game. It is referred to as one of the most complex games because of it’s innumerable variations. It requires a lot of skill and strategy and it isn’t usually picked up very easily. Now, for those who don’t know, there are two aspects of Go that aren’t written in the rules, but it is important for game play. They are called Life and Death, and Mutual Life. 

Life and death is when a group of stones is mostly surrounded and has no options to connect with friendly stones elsewhere. The status of the group is either alive, dead or unsettled. A group of stones is said to be alive if it cannot be captured. A group is said to be dead if it cannot avoid capture. But, if the group is said to be unsettled, if they can kill their opponent, or move away from capture.  Now, Mutual Life, occurs when the different colored groups are adjacent to each others and neither of them can move, because they could cause their stone to be captured. They sort of just allow the opponent to live there in order to save themselves. 

The difficult thing about this is that I don’t really know who is what color. I am assuming that Stiles is white because he is inherantly good, but it could be the opposite. I just don’t know. But I believe that the game is going to come down to those either Life or Death, or Mutual Life. Honestly, I think with the way they have been teasing the deaths this season, I am assuming they are going to play heavily on Stiles possibly being the one that dies. I just think it is so incredibly fascinating because this game shows the kind of player or person that you are.

AU where Stiles is super talented in the musical theatre department and plays the role of Mark Cohen in Beacon Hill's Performing Arts Company production of Rent. He portrays the role perfectly, completed with sass and glasses.

Pretty. Odd. is one of Stiles' favorite albums and he has a vinyl copy of it sitting on display on a shelf in his bedroom. He loves the albums that can blend the songs together like one story.

Stiles cannot stand porcelain. It irritates his fingers when he touches it and he hates the noise it makes when it passed along the table. He literally refuses to touch it and gets mad when Scott or really anyone uses it.

This school year Stiles has really tried to take a hiatus at openly being in love with Lydia Martin. He's learned that blurting out his feelings trying to force her to have feelings back hasn't worked. It hasn't really worked at the dance, or when he asked Scott to help, or definitely when Aiden or Jackson were around.

The truth is that after the darkness seeped into and around his heart, Stiles has been emotionally unattached to everything, but he doesn't realize.

Headcanon:

After Erica admitted she used to have a huge crush on Stiles, he would dream about her. They were all wet dreams– which Stiles hates having because he hates cleaning them up in the morning– and he had a really strange thing for her that went unspoken because she probably wasn’t into him after all this time. It never worked out well for him that way. But because of this, he took Erica’s death really hard. Almost as hard as Derek did.

Headcanon:

After the last couple of years with the same shaven-down haircut Stiles forgot how much he loves when people play with his hair. One night when Stiles is too afraid to sleep Scott convinces Stiles to rest when he says he’ll stay the night and watch over him and stop the nogistune if it takes over. They lay side-by-side in Stiles’ bed, and Stiles keeps murmuring nonsense because he’s exhausted but worried to fall asleep and Scott runs his fingers through Stiles’ hair to lull him to sleep.

Headcanon:

Except for school, Stiles stayed home almost all the time in the last two years that his mom was alive. Those years, the only sleepovers and hangouts with Scott was at his house, and parties were nonexistent, because he felt a responsibility to aid his mom. If he couldn’t physically do anything, just to be there, because the sheriff was spending more and more time at the station trying to avoid seeing his wife slowly die in front of his own eyes.

Stiles wants sex. Stiles wants sex bad. And yeah, now he’s in a mental institution and he’s a little preoccupied with the nogistune and it might literally be insane of him to get busy there, but the way he thinks, if it’s going to calm him down and actually give him pleasure he wants it. And anyway, Malia said she wanted his help…
