Limestone Mill Ruins at the Rockwood Conservation Area near Guelph, Ontario
Point Pelee Lighthouse. Built in 1833 and inactive since 1909. The 18 m (60 ft) round rubblestone tower was restored in 2000.
Sandyford Place, 35-43 Duke Street, Hamilton, Ontario. The row of terrace houses was built in the late 1850s using local limestone by mason Donald Nicholson.
In August 1973, the owners announced the building would be demolished. The City of Hamilton purchased the building in April 1976 and restored it. All the dwellings are now privately owned.
Neustadt Springs Brewery. The craft brewery is in the village of Neustadt, north of Guelph. Constructed of fieldstone in 1869, the building is the oldest still operating brewery in Ontario.

The Pioneer Settlers Memorial Tower is located on banks of the Grand River at 300 Lookout Lane, Waterloo Regional Municipality, Ontario. The 18.9 metre high tower was completed in 1926 to commemorate the arrival of the Pennsylvania-German pioneers to the Waterloo region between 1800 and 1803.

The old St Catharines Ontario Courthouse was built in 1848-49 with an addition in 1863-65. It is now a theatre.
Guelph Ontario Armoury. Built in 1906, this late Gothic-Revival style brick building is heavily ornamented with rock-faced stone details.

Westover Inn, St Marys, Ontario was built in 1867 for brothers William and Joseph Hutton. It opened as an Inn in 1987.
St Peter's Seminary, London Ontario. Canada’s oldest English speaking Roman Catholic diocesan seminary was founded by the Diocese of London in 1912. The Seminary building is constructed of Credit Valley stone, and is designed in the Collegiate Gothic style. The cornerstone was laid on May 31, 1925, and the building was officially opened on September 29, 1926.
The Fergus Public Library, St. Andrew and St. Patrick Streets in the Township of Centre Wellington. The two-storey stone-clad Carnegie Library was designed in the Beaux Arts style, by architect Walter Mahoney and was constructed in 1911.
Kingsville, Ontario Railway Station was constructed in 1889 of Field stone and large wood timber with a slate roof. The station was commissioned by Hiram Walker when he expanded his Lake Erie, Essex, and Detroit River Railway to transport produce from his farms in Essex county directly to his distillery in Walkerville (Windsor). The building is now a restaurant.
The Hermitage, Ancaster, Ontario was originally built in 1830. It was destroyed by fire in 1934.
George Tracy House / Museum, St Marys, Ontario. Built in 1854, the limestone building has been the St Marys District Museum since 1959.
Kent County Court House, 21 Seventh St, Chatham-Kent, Ontario. Designed by Canadian architect William Thomas, the Neoclassical limestone building was completed in 1850.
