Update 02.02

As of today all orders have been shipped out! If you haven’t received a tracking number through e-mail please contact us ASAP.

Thank you again to everyone for your support and understanding through all the hiccups. We unfortunately won’t be able to donate anything due to the mishaps with the pins but we hope that at least everyone can enjoy the result of all the artists’ hard work. If they ever end up showing up, we’ll be sure to let everyone know.

To everyone who bought a copy or spread the world and of course to the artists who contributed their time and talent, we’re incredibly grateful. Thank you all again!

Update 01.25

Hello everyone, we have bad news.

We have been in constant contact with the enamel pin supplier and courier and continue to be given changing circumstances and arrival dates.

At this point, we do not feel like it's fair to keep delaying orders based on uncertain promises. We have sent out an e-mail to everyone who bought the Deluxe bundle or individual pins with an option for a partial or full refund, and we will begin to send out orders without the pins.

We’ll continue to monitor things on our end, and if the pins arrive within the next few days we will let you know. We apologise again for the situation, and thank you all very much for your support.

Update 01.22

As of today Basic and Premium bundles have been sent out. Please check your e-mails for tracking information.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience but the enamel pins are still being held by customs. We’re in contact with the courier and doing our best to expedite things but all Deluxe and individual pin orders may take until the end of the month to ship.

To accommodate for the fact that the pins may not make it in time for Anime Los Angeles, we have gone ahead and reopened the shop early for pin orders. ► https://stormbloodzine.tictail.com

Thank you everyone for your patience!

At this time, the zines and preorder bonuses for premium bundles have arrived, so all Basic and Premium orders will begin going out this weekend.

Unfortunately, the enamel pins have been severely delayed by customs, but should arrive early next week. We’re very sorry for the delay and will keep you all updated. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns, thank you!

Hello! I belatedly realized that I missed the preorder deadline, and I was interested in getting a set of the standalone dog pins. Will they be available again later on or were they preorder only?

Spent a lot of time recently working on my contributing pieces to On Crimson Skies, a FFXIV fan art project dedicated to the new expansion. Here are the previews for the 3 pages I drew + the 2 stickers I designed! I also helped design the primal doggie enamel pins seen here. 

Proceeds will be donated to the International Rescue Committee, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping refugees around the world whose lives have been shattered by disasters both natural and man made. As the Warrior of Light helped the people of Doma and Ala Mhigo by giving them hope and means to a better future, the International Rescue Committee offers both short and long term assistance to help refugees survive through tough times and rebuild the foundation to their lives.

All proceeds from this zine will go to International Rescue Committee, an international organisation offering emergency aid and long-term assistance to refugees in over 40 countries.

FAQ

Q: What is this project?

On Crimson Skies is an artist collaboration dedicated to Stormblood, the newest expansion of the MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV. The final product will be 8.5” x 5.5”, perfect bound, with approximately 60 pages of full-colour illustrations.

Q: What charity are you giving this to?

All proceeds from this project will go towards International Rescue Committee, an international organisation offering emergency aid and long-term assistance to refugees in over 40 countries. IRC has a 4* rating on Charity Navigator with an overall holistic score of 91.16/100, and an A+ rating on CharityWatch.

Q: How can we participate?

We are currently accepting guest artist applications for the zine. More info on how to apply can be found here:.

Q: What’s the difference between main and guest artists?

Main artists are asked to provide 2-3 pages for the zine, while guest artists are asked for 1 page each.

Q: Are any of the artists paid?

Since all proceeds are going towards charity, all main artists will receive a copy of the zine and preorder bonuses and guest artists will receive a copy of the zine as a thank you for contributing their time and talent to this project.

Q: I want a copy! When can I get it?

The zine will be open for preorder from October 31st to December 1st. Orders will begin to go out in late January 2018 from the US. From there, it may take as little as a few days (domestic) or as long as several weeks (international) to arrive. However, the average speed is ~5 days for domestic and 2 weeks for international.
