Nothing sexier than Watson switching to badass Dr Watson mode.

I could inhale that shit every hours of every days. Like YES give me that Holmes whump where our dear detective find himself in a grievous and bloody and unconscious state and Watson almost instantaneously falling into medical professional mode. Give me the trained habit of a man who has known war, who doesn't need to think about how to stop a bleeding, how to clean and suture a wound. Give me nerves of steel which do not break under pressure. Give me the authority of a man who knows what he is doing, and who knows he is doing it WELL. Give me Watson rolling up his sleeves and furrowing his brows with deep intent focus and ordering people around to bring water, bandages, brandy, to keep pressure here or there, etc... and no one daring question his instructions

He will collapse later, from worry and exhaustion, but in the moment nothing can distract him from doing his goddamn job, which is making sure his equally stupid and brilliant friend stays ALIVE.

Being able to draw older people as attractive without reducing or erasing the visual signs of aging, and in fact showing that they're attractive because of those signs, is an artistic skill that should be valued so much more. Honestly, it should earn you an immediate fortune because holy fuck is it a rare commodity. There are so many artists who seem to think attractiveness and aging exist in opposition to each other, so they smooth every wrinkle, erase every crease, and de-age the character until they're basically thirty with silver hair. But when an artist can look at crow's feet, smile lines, weathered skin, deep-set wrinkles, and all the little traces of a life well lived and say, "No, that's what makes them beautiful," that's a level of artistic observation and care I wish we celebrated more often.
