She gave the little girl a smile and a small wave as Wade carried her away. She would have loved to help put her to sleep, but that wasn’t her place. It was no surprise that Teagun loved children, she had always been good with them and there had always been a deep internal want to have her own someday. She cherished their presence. Seeing Wade with his siblings warmed her heart in a way it hadn’t been in a long time, it was one of the many things that she liked about him. Sunset was her favorite time of day, all of the colors in the sky melding together to create the most perfect picture nature had to offer. “It’s my favorite part of summer,” she smiled, head turning towards him, “the lasting daylight, the lasting warmth.”
When Wade was nine, he wasn’t really given a choice in whether or not he liked children. His father had begun his spree of sleeping with women. No, not women, children. Sure their age excelled thirty but their mentality seemed to be frozen at eighteen. but what more could he expect from a place such as this? The women he’d bring home always wound up pregnant, and for nine months they were in love. But the moment that baby fell from her hips they always slipped through the door without a trace. And his father would help with the children, at first, but after the fifth Wade was of age and able to tend to them on his own, and his father left him with the responsibility. “It’s bittersweet, the kids always give me a fight about going to bed at their usual time since they don’t believe me.” He sighed, leaning on the railing. “But, it’s nice to be able to come out and enjoy the sun for an hour or so without them.”
She barely even looked at Wyatt, let alone greeted him. Immediately her attention was glued to her phone or whatever was outside the window. “You should.” If her face didn’t give it away, her tone sure did, Kenna was not excited for this fair. She wasn’t a fair kind of girl - hell, she’s never even been to one. She always stayed with what she was used to, high end parties with high end people, she was not a spinning carousel vomit inducing ride girl. “Oh. Joy.” She was starting to regret this.
He didn’t entirely mind her sour attitude, in fact, he took it with stride. Most girls he knew, or hung out with, were all too excitable for his taste. Each and every one swooning over any action he made. Sure, Kenna was a bit... Over the top with her bitter ways but, Wyatt could be too. Especially when his brother was brought up. Who was coincidentally the single person the two have in common. “C’mon, you ever go to one of these before Princess? It’s a good time, promise.”
Carter smiled even wider at the sight of him throwing her over his shoulder, waving at the little girl as the brunette watched how they disappeared. Not even a minute later, she watched him appear again, following his gesture towards the back porch as she nodded. “Right, got you.” She whispered before walking outside, her eyes scanning the place though there wasn’t much to see in the dark. “She’s so cute.”
A small smile pulled across his features as he shrugged. “Caught her on a good day,” that was true, not to mention it was just the three of them. The others hanging back with his other sister. “Tomorrow she’ll probably be bragging all day about how she got to hang out with a beautiful princess.” Nudging her lightly he moved, leaning against the railing. “I hope this all isn’t too crazy for you, I know most guys don’t really have to bring one or two... or five kids along on dates.” Cue a frown finally tugging at the corner of his lips.
Teagun followed the two around the house happily, in fact she had followed the two around all day with a smile plastered on her face. First was the park, chasing the little one around the playground, then lunch and dress up, that new fish movie in the theater - it was a packed day, but Teagun wouldn’t have had it any other way. “Yes, bed time. Even princesses need to go to bed.”
A quiet whine followed by a large yawn fell from the little one’s lips as she leaned on Wade’s shoulder, snuggling up to him slightly as her energy slowly dwindled. He was thankful for Teagun, primarily because she cut his workload in half with these kids. He was surprised, honestly, she seemed to enjoy being with the children more than she enjoyed being with him. But with the way he had been feeling about her, he thought it’d be crazy for her to not feel the same, right? After laying the little one down in her bottom bunk, he tiptoed out of his room and made his way for the front porch. “Sun’s just setting.” He noted, smiling toward her.
The brunette couldn’t help but smile at the sight in front of her, she had such a weakness for guys who were great with kids. She nodded at his words before letting out a soft chuckle at the little girls expression, “yeah and you know what I’ve heard? If you go to sleep right now, there will be this big surprise waiting for you in the morning!” Carter her face lit up as she informed the girl, poking her stomach softly with a wide smile.
His siblings meant the absolute world to him, and honestly, there wasn’t a second he was without at least one of them. So for his girlfriend, or friends, to like children was a must. Something his ex girlfriend never really fit into. She was very anti-children so being around Carter really was a breath of fresh air. “Come on then,” he smiled tossing the little one over his shoulder as he walked down the hall, a loud yawn leaving her lips as he laid her down in the bed. Taking each step cautiously he made his way back to Carter, a small smile on his lips as he gestured for the back porch. “Walls are like paper in this house, and they’re all passed out. Lets hang out here for a bit, yeah?” He asked, opening his back door and holding it for her.
“Yeah, you’re welcome.” She grumbled, sliding into the passenger side. The brunette was still on the fence about ‘going out’. The sun was still up, children would be there and this outing required her to wear sneakers - this was not her usual outing. “As you requested, ‘no heels ‘cause i dont wanna hear you whine about you feet’” Kenna mocked their earlier conversation, eyes darting down to her feet, they were the only pair of sneakers she owned.
“I feel blessed,” he smirked, rolling his eyes under his sunglasses as he pulled out of his spot once she was in the car. Both hands on the wheel, his eyes glanced down to what she was wearing. He was mostly taking note of her face as she got into the car, he barely noticed the rest of her body. Shocking, considering most of the time one’s body is the only thing Wyatt focused on. “You’ll be thanking me later. We won’t be sitting, at all. No breaks, we’re hitting every single ride.” Was a tradition of his, he couldn’t go to a fair and not ride every ride.
OPEN STARTER,
“Glad you decided to come out with me.” He smirked, slowly raising a brow as he watched the other get into the car. Sure, he could have gotten out and opened the door but honestly that wasn’t the kind of guy Wyatt was, besides, he wanted to get there. He wanted to get to the fair before all the good parking spots were taken. “Did you wear comfortable shoes or what?”
OPEN STARTER,
A small smile pressed on Wade’s lips as he ran his fingers through his little sister’s hair. “It’s almost her bed time,” at the last two words the little one spun on her heels with a sour expression, but Wade just bent down and lifted her off her feet. “C’mon, we’ve had a long day and you’re tired, we can see that.” He noted, now looking to the other for assurance.
okay my page is all situated, I’ll make a new icon, but for now... every like = 1 open starter.
not so casually editing my theme and praying i’ll get on here more.
Reblog if you'll rp with asian faces
Honestly, this is simply out of curiosity. I’d love to see how many people on here would use asian faces or rp against them. It has happened so often to me that i’ll join a rp with an asian fc and be completely ignored. Or where I admin a rp and no one shows interest in asian faces. But the point here being, I’d love to know how many people on here are open minded in that sense.

“Wait, back up--” He smiled, shaking his head as he looked over the piece of paper a few more times. “Did you just give me your number? Seriously?” He didn’t usually pick people up at the supermarket. Not that he was complaining.
“What’s wrong with you?” Her words hazy as she leaned a bit closer to the other. “Never taken a Xanax before?”

So my muse is slowly crawling back, and in an attempt to nuture it i’m going to start putting together some new muses with interesting backstories and maybe posting some starters. For the time being, my starters may be on the shorter side. I’ll make starter calls later.
