God damn this is the illest shit ever. I used to be really into stuff like this a long time ago. They used to call it “tricking” and team Zero Gravity and Team Ryouko were the shit! My favorite thing about this stuff is that it’s like street skateboarding for martial arts. The gym is like the skate park, and some of these dudes do take it to the streets and do twists and kicks down stairs.
