Armie Hammer and Luca Guadagnino by Peter Rigaud
Timothee Chalamet, Call Me By Your Name DVD commentary
“We listened to Sufjan Stevens with Luca and Armie right before we started shooting –that was an experience, to listen to that and, like, hold each other after” —@RealChalamet (V Man Magazine)
“Right now, there’s sorrow, pain. Don’t kill it and with it the joy you’ve felt.”

The light of my eyes, light of the world, that’s what you are, light of my life.
An evening in Crema
Yesterday @itssarawithanh and I decided to go on a little adventure, this is my post about Crema.
(*Discover Crema)
This is where you can find the map (http://www.turismocrema.com/itinerari/), also by using the QR codes under the photos hung around the city, with all the spots they used during the filming in Crema and in the Cremasco territory.
Via Benzoni
Vicolo Marazzi
Via Federico Pesadori (this one isn’t on the website, but living near Crema has its own perks)
Via Buso
Newsstand (Piazza Duomo)
The Door (it’s the little alley near the newsstand in Piazza Duomo)

Hope you enjoyed our post, stay tuned for the second part: Cremasco Territory.

Luca for the USA Today: “I’m already conceiving the story with André Aciman, and it’s going to happen 5 or 6 years afterwards, almost during the 90’s, and it’s going to be a new movie, with a different tone. You’ll see a lot of the East Coast of America… they’ll go around the world. We need to get there yet (filming schedule) with the script, but we will.”

I'm not here tonight for all of the Oscars fun as I have serious work stuff in the morning and it'd be about 6am before I got to sleep... which is sad because I love to do Oscars night
BUT, wins or not, I am so grateful for this beautiful movie. I am grateful for Tim Tim's performance in bringing my Elio to life in a way I never thought possible - a character I have loved for years, for Armie's wonderful bringing to life of Oliver (aka a very complex character), for James Ivory's words, for the special pair that are Michael and Amira for creating a parental duo I will cherish forever, for Esther for making Marzia sweet and someone to truly root for, for Walter for his slick and precious editing, for Sayombhu for his truly gorgeous and immersive cinematography, for Peter and Howard and the other Producers whose passion made the movie possible, for Giulia for finding THAT shirt and for nailing the 80s vibe, for Sufjan who provided proper full on magic in musical form and for that damn fly - dude you are not overlooked 😉
And for Luca. My guy. My favourite fashionable Italian genius because I hold him responsible for much of this movie and the way it turned out. He is the heart and soul of it, for me, and his vision made it so beautiful, so moving, so unique and something I will be forever grateful for.
Awards are wonderful and helpful but nothing at all can be taken away from what this movie means to people and especially to those who have held the book dear and who were just treated to it being brought to life in the most beautiful way.
I'll always be grateful and I think that the lovely folks involved in making this movie have talked endlessly about how special it was for them and how making it was enough. I get that. I believe them. That's a pretty rare and lovely thing!
