A child is sitting in the woods. They are wearing what seems to have once been a long, cream colored dress, but has since been ripped to be just above knee length. The scraps are tied around their legs to make makeshift shorts. There are a few dark reddish-brown stains on their clothing, in a splotchy pattern. These stains are especially prevalent on the "pants", specifically the parts that seemed to have been the bottom of the dress. There are two slits in the back of the dress, allowing dull black wings to come through. Said wings are missing feathers, and show signs of malnutrition common in birds. The area where they join with their back is covered in tough scar tissue. Their black hair is short and uneven, seemingly haphazardly cut. It is incredibly matted and tangled, and seems to break off at the slightest disturbance. Their left arm and right side of their face are a lighter tone than the rest of them, and the skin there seems very dry and cracked, seemingly the result of chemical burns. A thin yet long scar can be seen going across their forehead in a straight line, disappearing under their hair. Their left eye is brown and slightly red, with bags under it. The right, however, does not seem natural at all, with a black sclera and glowing blue iris, although it also has bags under it. They seem incredibly malnourished, and if they were to remove their dress you could count each and every rib. They also have a few bruises in odd places, and their feet are covered in callouses and scabs. Their nails are seemingly incredibly brittle and broken, and their left pinky nail has cracked all the way down the middle, allowing blood to slowly ooze out. It is hard to gauge what age they may be, given how it's unclear how long they've gone without proper nutrition, which could have stunted their growth, but they are around four feet tall, and would likely be somewhere between thirty and forty pounds. They seem uneasy and paranoid, jumping at even the slightest sound.
They're currently leaning against a tree, looking around for any signs of anyone.
