At one point I was resiilience and then my URL changed to strategean for all of two days and then I decided to move my blog because I couldn't stand the disorganization after being gone for five months. So you can find me over HERE, if you wanna follow me or anything!

delicate. I know, I know, I just got back literally two days ago, so what the hell am I doing? When I was planning on getting back onto this blog I considered making a fresh new blog, but I decided not to. However, at this point, I’m already getting frustrated with my old tagging system and the amount of old posts that I have, among various other things, and I’ve decided to start completely fresh like I should have to begin with.

So, if you want to follow me again, you can find me over HERE! Same URL, same theme that I just made, same icons, just a fresh blog that I can make a new tagging system on and just a nice new start.                         “——Should I call an ambulance?”

        Words said in jest with nary a hint of true brevity, wholly joking and accompanied by a wide smile, faint laughter in his tone, and bright eyes that did not lend any truth to his words. Of course he felt concern but knew the other young man would be fine all the same. A hand was outstretched, palm upwards and fingers spread slightly, amicable attempt at aid, perhaps something like an apology for the tease, if it were to be seen as such.

                        “Are you hurt?”

        Never one to pay mind to his own physical condition, expression was wrought with concern and little else, thinly set shoulders tense, muscles coiled and not appearing anywhere near relaxed. Nerves in his body rapid fired, thoughts rushing with such velocity that it was nearly dizzying and teeth worried bottom lip, hands reached out for the woman and then paused, drawing back and hovering in the massive space between. Unsure. Worried. Traces of playfulness were gone, yet panic had not yet reared its intrusive head.

YOUTUBE STARLET:

             He would be familiar, were she one who frequented famous gamers outside of those who shared her medium.  Ask her about youtubers, and she’ll recite trivia, subscriber counts, and personal opinions with ease and with gusto.  His name would strike her more than his visage.                             “Ah, I get that.  I’ve been playing video games since I was a kid, so that’s nostalgic for me, you know?”           His passion for games is certainly something she can admire and identify with, and grin widens.  Maybe they could play together some time!  It might be fun to do some traditional games for a change on the channel; the Grumps did it on theirs.                          “I actually do some gaming online.  I’ve got a youtube channel — oh!  My name’s Xion, by the way.  Xion Hamasaki.” 

        “——Oh! That’s why you seem so familiar,” enthused voice resounded, excitement leaking into his voice and brightening it further, blond bangs rustling about his face, flowing along with his movement and then settling again as short body turned towards her. Teeth flashed and smile was nothing less than a grin at that point, and boyish joy flitted across his face.

                        “I love your videos -- your Tomb Raider play through was great.”

        A pause and then a sheepish laugh, body gravitating away from the girl as he rocked back upon his heels and balanced there for a moment, thumbs hooking into the front pockets of his jeans. “I should probably introduce myself,  my name is Yugi Mutou.” Sometimes it was refreshing to introduce himself in such a manner.

STEADY YOURSELF:

             “Don’t be gettin’ soft on me, pal.                                  I ain’t nothin’ special.”

   Deflection comes naturally, as smoothly as honey and without any hesitance for thought or wonderment. Cruel and heartless exterior remains intact, unwilling to let people in for fear of whatever might happen should they find the bloodthirsty demons laying in wait. And so his arm falls to his side, despite nod of conviction affirming he trusts those words are the truth.

                        “I’m pretty sure that I’m naturally this soft,                                 and that you’re plenty special.”

        Partly teasing, suddenly, and partly serious all the same, playfulness melding into meaningful words and creating a new tone that was wholly him. Mouth curls widely into a smile befitting of his tone and he would want to say that he would welcome what laid beneath masqueraded exterior. That no amount of fear could turn him away, that he would be happy to accept the other, wholly. ( A character flaw, to some, but oh how his heart was BIG. )

            “ free food now – ? hell yeah, i’m in! “

                        “I figured —— what do you wanna get?”

STEADY YOURSELF:

   And he leans forward, taking opportunity to examine the bandages himself. Nothing seems out of place (he finds it might possibly be done far neater than when Leanne does it as he raises and lowers his arm, but it’s to be expected.), but he sighs at such nonchalance.

                                           “Yeah, well, they aren’t me.                                               They’ve never proven it.”

                        “No one’s you —— you’re unlike                         anyone I’ve ever met, anyway.”

        Hands fold and soft face tilted, expression clear as a spotless window, lingering in the void between amusement and acceptance, the barest amount of concern still lingering about the edges of his emotional range for the moment. Words were pure truth, lacking in any hesitance nor even a space for doubt.

STEADY YOURSELF:

   “I’m not that easy to kill!            And I am holdin’ on! Come on, man…!”

                        “That’s what everyone says, y’know.                         ——I’m kidding. I know you’re strong.“

        A pause, and a shuffle of medical products and a close examine of bandage in order to ensure that it was not tangled nor leaving anything vital bare. Finally content, slight body leaned back and triumphant expression flashed across wide eyes. “Aaaaaand done!”

   “’T was just a scratch, dammit!      I’ll be fine! ——Just hurry it up!”

                “I’m pretty sure that someone said those exact                 words before passing on. Just hold on——”

                “Well you're the one who got hurt.                 Just a little bit longer, okay?”

                        “I wouldn’t say I got lost, necessarily.”

        Tone was light and amethystine eyes were bright, as if millions of stars dotted his irises and there was a universe living within slight body. Smile was genuine, gentle curve and close lipped, barest hint of teeth flashing behind pale mouth and the entirety of his expression was soft. Coarse words had hardly an effect upon him, cherubic mien ever steady, ever constant. Simple contentedness. “I found you, after all.”

             “ what? i’m not lyin’! i’d neva lie ta you, yuugi.                 buuuut i’m not gonna turn down a free meal. “

                "Well, alright —— I’m trusting you on this!                 How about that free meal right now, though?”
