Hiiiii, i have read the first two chapters of Something stranger and more wonderful, and i was wondering if it is abandoned or on hiatus?

i am sorry to say i fear its abandoned.

i thank everyone for the love and support that is still given to this fic. but i have lost contact with reikah the writer.

(last i have heard of them they were fine and playing a game)

i don't write. at least not this well like reikah did so i can't like pick up from where it left off. (i also don't know or remember entirely how the plot would have progressed just vaguely outline vise)

i do have though still drawings and sketches to this au i can post at a later date. because i do feel awkward answering asks without drawings here the design concepts i did for this AU.

zukos design is mostly inspired by beta fish.

sokka does get a tail as well but i never noted down what type of fish he would be. i think that was up to me regardless ;;;

Also finished Court of the Dead—the Nico di Angelo adventures. Might be my favorite of the Percy Jackson universe books honestly. The Cocoa Puffs are adorable and I love every single one of them.

And spoiler(?)—I love how Hades is being a better father and wants to have a better relationship with Nico, like, he actually showed up when Nico asked and gave him advice and talked with him, and said he wants to spend more time with him, saying that as the lord of the underworld he also needs to be aware of the word above aka knowing what’s happening through Nico. And then leaving Nico’s jacket and having fixed the tear, I’m not sobbing you are

Naomi Solace is a gem, and her loving on literally everyone and being quite to accept the mythics as well, and wanting to help them as much as she could ;w;

And Dionysus being a surprisingly good mentor to Nico. He’s actually has a pretty good relationship with Nico—and will—and the facts he’s called them two his favorite campers is a mass improvement. Didn’t think I’d see him actually be fond of anyone, as during pjo and hooo he seemed very aloof and very, well in the spirit of being a god, seemingly above everyone. And to me, compared to his relationship to Percy, he definitely is a lot more favorable to Nico and also will. (Speaking of, he calls them two his favorites…. What about his own children in the camp? 😭😭😭)

I read the Six of Crows duology like a week or two ago

It’s so good—hands down, so goddamn good. I will say, I’m aware they’re all teenagers and in the show they’re aged up to adults, but damn Wylan was so 😭😭 my boy, PLEASE pull yourself together, love him tho. Wylan and Kaz got to be my favorite characters in SoC

Also, as a reader you’d think you’ll know what’s happening plan wise, but nope. The thing with the whole 5-6 POVs, is that with Kaz’s plans, sometimes only he knows the plan, something’s 2-5 of them know it, and then something goes To Shit in one person’s POV, and then in the next it’s like “Good thing he prepped for that to happen, onto the plan—” LIKE WHAT. Gorgeous writing. Got all three types of love dynamics, Happy Ending, Doomed, and Required But Not Established

Headcanon that Wylan gets insecure about his body (he knows he looks too skinny, and Jesper is a lot more attractive than he is, that's just a fact.) so the first couple of times they had sex he asked if he could just keep his shirt on. Jesper finds it endearing in a way, and also reasonably upsetting. After Wylan explains why he wants to keep his shirt on Jesper makes it his life's mission to point out all the ways Wylan is attractive, and pretty, and handsome, and gorgeous, and just straight ethereal.

Finally listened to Hadestown, along with some clips of Jack Wolfe as Orpheus, he eats

Then I listened to Next To Normal since my friend said Jack Wolfe is in the album recording and it’s good, and it is

I start watching some interview clips of him and a lot of from him with the Shadow And Bone’s crows cast, and I’m like oh! And then I find out about Wylan and Jesper, and watch clips from the show and I’m like, oh they’re cute, Jack Wolfe is hella adorable I love him

I then watched Shadow and Bone, binged it within a 2 day period, enjoyed both seasons, pissed about the fact that they had canceled season three, because so many loose ends and no more Jack Wolfe as Wylan

Considering buying the books to satisfy myself, as well as to read more about Wylan

Back to Jack Wolfe, found some clips of other musicals he’s done, he eats, but can barely find any good good clips sigh

Every day I realize I will NEVER get to watch Jack Wolfe be Orpheus in Hadestown ever and I’m devastated. He sings so fucking beautifully and he has that perfectly pathetic yearner look to him that Orpheus is
