Finally decided to post some stuff abt the UTMVItalianHighschoolAU™
A normal Hs au but italian bc I like putting characters in caregories and situations in familiar settings
Idk if other highschools are similier to Italy's bit basically you can choose among a VAST variety of types which focus on different fields of work, the biggest difference among these is whether they're professionals hs (after which you can already start working bc of the stuff you've learned there) or Lyceums (after which you can't really do much except university)
anywayyss the are too many of them for me to know them all and to know their programs but I'll try explaining the ones chosen a bit

INK: of course they would go to the Artistic Lyceum; in addition to some basic subjects (such as italian or maths) they focus a lot on art-specific subjects (pictorial disciplines, graphic disciplines, plastic disciplines and geometric disciplines). After the third year you have to choose between different programs (figurative arts, architecture, design, audiovisual, graphic and scenography) [Ink would probably choose figurative arts]
DREAM: Human sciences (like me :D)! Other than the usual stuff, the main subject is human sciences (psychology, sociology, anthropology, pedagogy ), another additional subject is Latin The first two years there is also Law&Economy, in the last three sociology and anthropology appear.
NIGHTMARE: I'm not sure on his hs... he could go to a Classical Lyceum and focus on stuff like Greek, Latin, Philosophy, etc. (and so be more close to the interpretations of him wich depict him as more of an intellectual evil lord) or he could go w/ his buddies to a scientific Lyceum (basically opposite to a humanistic one) and so something something opposite twins something something confilict etc...
CLASSIC,FELL and NM's GANG: Applied Sciences, main subjects are maths,physics, science and also some informatics
BLUE & SCI: Scientific,special subjects are all of the above + latin. Why these two here? I know that all of these guy are nerds but I feel like these two are more workaholic so they would gladly study a subject as "useless" (ik it has some usefulness but try to see this from a strictly practical pov) as latin is
The gang is included bc at the end of the day they were all classic at some point so...yeah they're nerds.
If it wasn't for this detail I could've put them in a Technic Institute... the Informatic and Technological ones have the reputation (at least in my school) to be were a lot of troublemakers go to, but I'm trying to keep them as close to canon as possible.
I just realized that silicone prostethic eyes are a thing...the glass one is for whenever I want to draw regular Horrortale Horror in his human form, not in modern AUs where he's supposed to be an regular guy
GENO: so I researched a bit and no...he's going w/ classic and fell lmao srry I had no idea of how it was actually the Technological Institute...unless he wants to choose "chemistry,materials and biotechnology" (lol) for the third year...yeah,maybe I'll actually keep him here
ERROR: Informatical bc it has informatics and code and glitches is kinda his whole thing and yea he'd have fun screwing around on the school chromebook (deep stuff ik)
CROSS: I have no idea of what he's doing...depending on which aspect of his character and relationship with xgaster we want ot focus on, he could either not be studying,working for his father (xgaster)( frisk and chara are like siblings from another mother,idk I need to work on this trust the process) while waiting to be 18 so he can enroll in the academy to become part of the police, or studying but not really focusing on his studies bc of the police stuff...i have no idea... help.......
I wanted to keep the royal guard thing and he hasn't had a regular UT sans life so if we keep going w/ the "Classic is somewhat of a scientist" thing I don't think he'd be into science...I mean the fact that he's *cross* and not sans is a big part of his character so it would be logical for him to be so different.............
Some notes
[This is all and always will be WIP, I'll probably change stuff (I'm not sure with some designs) , I haven't read all of their original source-materials, this highly OCC and I have nothing planned with it so don't expect much from it if not some random scketches now and then, I just wanted to throw this out here :P]

I just want to say thank you to whoever posted here how to "borrow" articles that are behind a paywall, these days I'm often doing reserches about american topics so it's really useful
