| april days of productivity • goals 🪼|

this month, i really want to focus on being more consistent and intentional with my time, especially with my final exams coming up. here are a few things i’m aiming to work on:

☑️ study consistently for around 3 hours a day on average, while also being realistic on low-energy days and not burning myself out

☑️ try out more effective study methods like active recall, mcqs, or blurting on whiteboard instead of just passively reading

☑️ reduce my social media and overall screen time to about 1–2 hours a day (outside of studying)

🟪 be more mindful about my health by taking my meds regularly and getting atleast 6 hrs of sleep daily

☑️ drink at least 2L of water daily, especially with how hot it’s been lately :(

🟪 journal at least once a week, just to reflect and keep track of how things are going

☑️ get my blood tests done and check my vitamin levels sometime this month

☑️ submit my ethics final report (both softcopy & hardcopy) on time

☑️ start preparing well in advance for my project-based learning presentation, so i’m not rushing at the last minute

☑️ i’ll be working on a little secret project on the side ;) trying to stay consistent with it whenever i can

🟪 not putting pressure on myself to finish books or crochet projects this month, but if i do get time for those, i’ll take it as a small win :)

even if i manage a few of these consistently, i’ll count that as progress <3

i can't believe i never updated this, and it's lowkey well past mid-may, but hey, it's never too late to reflect on things... or is it? :')

starting with my first goal, i did manage to study consistently, and some days it even went past 5 hours! so kudos to me :) i also tried out a lot of active study methods, especially practice questions, pyqs, and the whiteboard method, so there's that. even now, my first instinct when learning something is to reread the chapter, but i'll try to incorporate active learning whenever i can :')

i also reduced my social media consumption quite a bit, and most of the time i spent on my phone was just checking in on my game (tsuki's odyssey) for a few minutes, so i think i can check that one off too <3

about the meds... i may or may not have skipped them a few times 😭 not purposefully, i'm just forgetful and always rushing around. my doctor was not impressed and told me to be more mindful about it, so i'll try not to disappoint her this time at least :')

water intake definitely skyrocketed because the summer heat has been a real bitc-

journaling is still kind of a work in progress, there were definitely phases where i didn't keep up with it consistently. anyways i submitted all my college work on time and also worked on my personal project, so i'm really happy about that :)

didn't get much time for artistic hobbies during april, but i'm making up for it in may! i've already finished one book and crocheted two things, the popular button coaster and a tiny sunflower charm for my mom for mother's day 🌻(she put it on her keys so now it's really easy to locate them lol)

sorry for not updating earlier, life's been really hectic recently with college finals and everything, but i'm finally free now, so i'm hoping to post more again :)

might be a bit late with the updates, but this month has been so hectic T_T (but then again, when is it not?) but fear not!! my vacation starts on may 13th, and i’ll be free for over 1.5 months, can you imagine??

i genuinely haven’t had a proper, stress-free-guilt-free break in years (my doom started with 10th boards), so i’m really looking forward to this one, getting back into my old & new hobbies, travelling, watching movies, literally everything i've put off doing in the past few years!

fun stuff aside, my end sem exams start tomorrow T_T i’m not at zero prep or anything, i did study these modules for internals, but i definitely need to revise and brush up on everything. focusing right now though, is a struggle to say the least :’)

that said, my productivity over the past two weeks has been pretty solid (6+ hours most days), so i’m trying to trust that and not panic too much :) anyway, i'm gonna go take a shower and get back to studying, i’ll update my goals list soon as well. april’s been a good month overall :) i’ve come to terms with a lot of things, and knowing i’ve got a proper break waiting at the end makes everything like it's worth the effort :D

i’ve been keeping up with most of it :) honestly, forget 2L of water, i’m probably drinking close to 4L a day with this heat 💀

been managing around 3 hours of studying and also working on my projects. my presentation is the day after tomorrow, so i’m taking tomorrow off from college to prep properly and finalise my ppts.

one thing i definitely need to work on is reducing my screen time… i’ve been doomscrolling a lot these past few days and yeah, that needs to stop T_T

happy easter everyone 🐣!!!

i can't believe it's already day 5 of april :') I was waiting for the festivities of the holy week to settle down before making the first post so here we are :)

As for my goals, I got my blood tested first thing in the morning on apr 1st! most of the results came back normal, except my hb and vit d, which are a bit low :') (I thought i was getting enough sun tho?) nonetheless, that can be checked off <3

also submitted the softcopy of our report, all that's left is printing it out and handing it over in the coming week.

i’ve been trying to reach 3+ hours of studying every day, but realistically, it’s happening every other day or so :’) hoping to be more consistent in the coming week, so wish me luck <3

sooo… we’re not gonna talk about how i vanished after jan 14th 💀 life got chaotic, college happened (bruh they gave us 4 assignments, back-to-back, TO BE SUBMITTED IN A WEEK??), and hence I may or may not have fallen off the face of the earth for a bit :')

BUT!! i’m back (again), and april feels like a good time to reset properly. i saw the #april days of productivity challenge going around and i kinda wanna join in :3

especially since my end sems start on april 28th, so this is basically my sign to lock tf in and get my life together.

expect more small study updates from me, to-do lists, and hopefully… consistency this time (no promises, we’re realistic here T_T)

also working towards something important on the side… we’ll see how that goes :)

I’ve been wanting to start this challenge earlier like I discussed with @pxasee, but the first week of 2026 was so hectic for me I couldn’t find the time :’)

I was out of state for a hackathon (my team won first place wooo XD), also went on a family trip to a hill station resort — super refreshing, felt properly rested after ages.

also!! my semester 1 results came in and my CGPA is 9.32 :D new year started on a really good note, hoping it stays that way <3

august-me really thought she’d post regularly once college started… how naive of her? T_T life’s been a whirlwind of labs, presentations and deadlines (scenes from the morning of my electronics exam shown above), but I missed rambling here so hii again 🌷

I'm hoping to slowly get back to my lil to-do posts and mini study updates again :) college might be hectic, but we persist ᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ

hi, it's been a while ♡

right, so it's been quite some time since I last popped up here, and honestly...a lot happened. Neet didn't go the way I hoped —partly because I really didn't put in the effort I should have. If I'd worked a bit harder, I think I'd at least have been proud of my score, even if the exam itself was crappy. but yeah..it ended up way worse than that.

Soooo, plot twist: I didn't get a seat, and life had other plans. Now I'm starting my journey in Biotech Engineering (wild turn from medicine Ik) it's something I've always been interested in but never imagined I'd actually pursue so soon. It's sudden, it's different from what I pictured for myself, but I'm hopeful and ready to see where this path takes me :)

Right now, it's induction week in college, so I'm not sure how hectic things will get, but I do want to be more active here once classes properly start.

(also, I'll be revamping my blog soon and making a fresh new intro post, so keep an eye out for that ;)

anyways, we’re officially 30 days away from the biggest (read as: fate-deciding) exam of my life, and i think it’s time for me to cut off everything and lock tf in. these next few weeks will make or break my final score, so i gotta give it my all (๑-๑)
