Study tip #4

If you start feeling bored and have been working for a while, take a break. Set a timer for 10 minutes (max) and do something that takes your mind off of your studying

If you can, do something that does keep your mind active. This can be reading, doing a sudoku, brain games (there’s a bunch of brain training apps out there), anything that requires you to keep thinking. It’ll be easier to go back to work if you’re still actively working with your brain while on your break

6.4.17// Back to the roots. I´m staying at home for sometimes, I´m feeling kind of ill, weak and nostalgic. I don´t feel much like studying although the new semester is starting in about 10 days and I should get some work done.
