dumping some information on todd / fox here before i work on his carrd <3.

todd " fox " clairvaux. son of the preacher of the mercy hill church in centralia, pennsylvania.

while his father [the preacher] is considered human, it's not known what todd is specifically. vampiristic qualities. has a " human " form, but bears traits including sharp central incisors, pointed ears, and claws in this form nonetheless.

lanky build & sharp features. long red / orange hair. odd red eyes. freckled skin. always cold to the touch. a wide disembodied second maw on his belly.

has two "" non - human "" forms ━━━ " ravenous " form, a form between human and terror form that allows him to feed & is used during sacrifices. face twists into a wide maw of sharp teeth [ inspo / ref ], with the ability to unhinge his jaw & open his mouth as wide as a snake's. " terror " form is a full monster form that is only triggered during moments of extreme stress, bodily harm, hunger or weakness when he is unable to fend for himself. it is his body's natural response to protect him and keep him alive long enough to seek out shelter or sustenance.

winding scar across the base of his throat that snakes around the back of his neck. stitched. suspected to be the victim of a prior attempted killing, possible resurrection or simple bodily resistance.

inability to feel physical pain aside from extreme hunger.

when there is a sacrifice being performed, the subject is offered to fox to feed from / eat. he needs to feed often to be at his healthiest & strongest ━━━ up to two weeks without a sacrifice he will grow weak, and longer than that can prove fatal. at four he is rendered immobile. with the only pain he can feel being extreme hunger, his senses are heightened and it can become excruciating. the mouth on his belly eventually will start to eat him if he does not feed, and he is completely reliant on others to provide him with food; after lamb kills the preacher, he is able to fend for himself for a while until there are no more in the church.
