Food for the week😍
The More You Invest, The More You Will Profit
- The more you invest the more you will profit.
Just like in investing in stocks, the more you invest and for a longer time... the more profit you will receive. Read and invest in scriptures for more blessings.
Example:
When Jesus says, "Jump off a cliff", we can't just say "catch me first". Because it doesn't work that way. We have to jump off the cliff in order for God to catch us. (We have to do the work for the profit)
Most touching thing all day🙏
What can we do to put ourselves in a position to hear God’s voice? We have to make time in our daily lives to get quiet. David said of the Lord in Psalm 23:2, “He leads me beside quiet waters.” Today I want to encourage you to find those quiet waters where you can get alone with the Lord. It may be a room in your house, outside under the trees, or some other place where you can shut out the noise and distractions of the world for just a few precious minutes. The key to renewing your mind, body and spirit is to develop the habit and discipline of meditating on the Word of God every day — even if it is for just a moment.
God loves you more in a moment than anybody could in a lifetime~
Re: Bible Study Ideas -- I think that Luke or Romans are the Best places to start. Especially Romans! I'd say just take it at a chapter a week, and get together Wed/Sat to talk about what you've read -- but also to talk about your personal struggles, and while you are together try to find bible verses and passages that relate to your Everyday Struggles! And always Pray for Each Other. EVERY DAY!
Thank you so much! This is very helpful!
God is greater than the highs and lows.
Tears are prayers too. They travel to God when we can't speak.
Psalm 56:8
Bible Study
