They only showed two hunts, and said one in three is successful. So he's probably on par. That said, 1 in 3 is pretty good numbers for a lot of predators. Hunting is really hard it turns out.
Leave him alooooone his legs are too short and his paws are cold😭
excellent faces on this guy

My ideal aesthetic is what I'm calling "sexy tomboy". That is to say, I am 100% femme through and through, but I want to look like what a straight man's idea of a "masculine woman" is. I wanna be masc in the way that LaCroix is fruit flavored, just a little extra something to make things a little more interesting
This you?
I don't think I'll ever recover from this one
i think its funny how facial scars are seen as like a major character plot point where they reveal that someone tried to kill their dad or something when i know a ton of ppl (including myself) who have facial scars bc they rlly arent uncommon and all of them are like. from tripping and falling as a toddler
i could use this post as an oppritunity to talk about how scarring is a natural and human thing and everyone has scars, and larger scars as well as facial ones and burn scars should’nt only exist in media as a storytelling device but im also gonna just say that your oc is still hot as hell if he has a massive slash going through his eye i just think it would be funnier if he got it from falling down the stairs and then picking the scab too many times
Everybody tag your Dramatic Backstory Scars. My most notable ones are from cat scratches and falling off a skateboard.
There was a point in my childhood when I knew more people with scars across one eyebrow from running into a table when they were three than without one.
@baddywronglegs please tell us about the Morris dancing injury.
OK so, long post because brevity is the soul of cowardice. Also, warning this will feature descriptions of injury and morris dancing below the cut.
For the uninitiated, morris dancinig is the name of a bunch of different English traditional display dances (display dance as opposed to social dance meaning these are done for performance in public, unlike things like country dances which are done for fun)
What is and isn't morris sort of depends who you ask but the three types universally counted are Cotswold (from the area around the Cotswold hills between Oxford and the West Midlands), Border (from the counties that make up the Welsh border) and North West (as above, it holds no secrets in its name).
The first two are often done with sticks. These are usually about 80 cm/30" long, 3-4 cm/1-1.5" thick, and are there to be clashed - hit against one another to make a noise on the beat.
Now the problem that can come about is that at one end of every stick is a human hand. And hands do not make a satisfying clashing sound when hit.
At the very beginning of a dance one day, I was opposite someone who was new to the side. With the side he'd joined us from, he was the token young'un, and used to having to put most of the effort into a stick clash.
With the side we were with, so was I. We were both also used to being opposite people taller than us and adjusting our aim appropriately, and I think I was the one to misjudge this, as my hand was at clashing height for his stick and instead of what should have been his first stick clash with our side, my finger went between two sticks.
At the time I saw there was some blood, so assumed a broken nail or something but thought nothing of it, save that every time we passed, usually in mid-air, for the rest of the dance, he'd cry out "I'm so sorry!" and I'd reply "Be reet" (a Yorkshire expression roughly equivalent to Hakuna Matata if the Lion King is to be believed), and we finished the dance.
I looked around the side at the end and realised that red polka-dots were an unusual addition to our normally white kit, so checked my finger.
Now, there is a lie you have been led to believe by a lot of media, and that is the meaning of the word laceration. It's used all over in place of a fancy technical-sounding word for a bad cut, it's not, that's an incision. A laceration is an open wound caused by blunt force splitting the flesh like when you squeeze a grape. This is how I learned that was a thing.
Deciding that I shouldn't be able to see that far into my own finger, I went for a sit down.
hey girl are you gold and mercury. because. AuHg
don't be funnier than me on my own post
i looooove characters who are sacrificial lamb coded. characters who have never lived for themselves. characters born to be a tool, a weapon, a sacrifice, all of the above. a character raised by the heroes to save the world, at any expense, even their own health, even their own life. a character raised by the villains to end the world, at any expense, even their own health, even their own life. characters who are denied personhood so they can be used as tools instead. characters who never even had a chance to be people because they were shaped into something else from the moment they were born. characters who were born to die.
— So, do you like my neck, my love? Lean over to me and I'll show you how much I like yours.
id say im like the worlds biggest hater of shipping. but im not i literally like shipping. im the hannibal lecter of shipping. if you bring me cheap wine im going to fold my hands quietly and then killing you and putting you in my stew. youre going to my mind dungeon
if you say youre writing an explorative character piece on my favorite bitches and you give me shaved down tropey hollow reductions of them youre going in the stew
there are 2 kinds of mangaka when drawing: the ones that hate woman and the ones that love woman
And, guys...
i think ryoko kui really loves woman.
Ryoko Kui draws fat people with tenderness, honesty, and dignity in a way I've never seen before from other manga and anime. She's not afraid to draw people like me the way I look with the same care and respect she does all her characters.
The real question: What poor motherfucker's gonna get dragged through spacetime and become a new fandom obsession with their haunted eyes and aura of tragedy this time
I realized maybe this would be useful here, too - I don't have any new facts or breakdowns you haven't already seen, just the kindest possible presentation of "fuck 'em"
the inherent romance of offering to show someone smthng for the first time, offering to do smthng with them for the first time. like maybe you've seen a movie or been to a diner, but the person u love hasn't so u get the joy of sharing with them what u kno will be good
