A Letter To My Future Self

Dear Future Self,
How are you? I hope by this time that you have finally found your purpose and you are taking steps towards happiness. But if you are still searching, don’t give up and have faith. Remember that everything will happen in His time.
Now, now, don’t raise that right eyebrow at me. I know these words are easier said than done. That the words “give up” were suddenly so glitzy and are luring you to succumb to their charms. I say don’t, those 2 words are like hexenbiest/zauberbiest in human form. They are beautiful but when they woge (show their true nature) you’ll see their sharp teeth and decaying flesh (creepy, right?)
But, if you are living the dream. Congratulations! I am very proud of you. You’ve finally grown a pair and ventured away from the oh so safe and very, very boring life that I am currently leading right now. I have few reminders though, first, don’t forget to give back and help others like the way you were helped. Next, please keep your feet firmly on the ground, be humble but take credit where credit is due. Third, forgive the people who have hurt you or your love ones and let bygones be bygones. Last but definitely not the least, be thankful for everything He’s given and will give you, because if it is not for Him nothing won’t be possible.
That is it for now, I guess. I will write to you again.
