‘‘Let’s go right now then!’’ Mason jumped up from his seat and reached his hand out, taking a hold of Melissa’s hand before pulling her up from her seat as well. ‘‘Did you buy all the things we need for Alex already? If not, we can do it after picking him up.’’ Mason suggested. He didn’t have any plans for today and even though he wasn’t excited at first to hear she bought a puppy, he actually liked the idea. He liked it a lot.

"Whoa there tiger!" Melissa yelped as she was pulled from her seat, the two of them had cause quite a commotion with all their loud talk but Melissa didn't necessarily care. "I've got most his stuff food, leash, bed, but we can definitely get him some toys while we're out." She was so happy to see Mason's excitement over the puppy, she was worried she'd have to take him back not to long before.

‘‘Wouldn’t surprise me if he’d like me more,’’ Mason teased her. ‘‘I mean like, look at me!’’ He exclaimed jokingly, earning a few glares from people around them but he ignored it and let out a soft laughter. ‘‘So, when are we going to pick him up?’’

Melissa put on a straight face for response "How rude Mason!" But she couldn't help a giggle slip from her lips. Well once we're finished here we'll get him, we could take him for a ride in the car with us if you want? Let the little guy get some air."

Melissa gave him a puzzled look. Kind of an odd request from a stranger, "I'm Melissa, I'm guessing you have too?"

"Calm down buddy, you weren't too happy about this 5 minutes ago remember that." Melissa winked at him jokingly, "he's back home our neighbor is watching him until we get back. I think he's going to be super excited to meet you. He meant even like you more than me!"

If there was something Mason loved to see, it was Melissa being happy. The way she was clapping her hands happily like a 5 years old just caused him to be full of joy. ‘‘So it’s a him?’’ He said, already trying to think of a name but nothing original came up into his mind. ‘‘Do you have any names in mind? I’m totally blank.’’ Mason let a soft laughter escape.
