I'm not even a slithering, but like, this.
I mean, it's just too perfect. And it's more perfect in person. (And by it, I mean our Lord and Savior Aaron Tveit)

DAY 2 Me and my friends are just casually walking down the street, and then I make eye contact with this guy who's walking toward me. Once he gets past us, my best friend and I look at each other and both say, "That was Derek Hough". I FUCKING LOVE DEREK HOUGH. He is the best damn pro on Dancing With The Stars, and he is my god damn fave. Not to mention, he's dating a girl from my small-ass midwestern hometown. BUT HOLY SHIT DEREK HOUGH AND I MADE EYE CONTACT. (The street picture features his back covered in a denim jacket. We also later were able to confirm it was him via his Instagram.) That night, I went to see Great Comet. It was SO GOOD. And Oak, DeneƩ, and Ingrid were outstanding. I'm stage dooring that show after hoping for one of those three when the girl next to me goes, "Congrats on Once on This Island, Michael" I look up, and a foot and half from me is MICHAEL FUCKING ARDEN. The Hunchback of Notre Dame is my favorite album currently and Spring Awakening last year was sheer genius. I FUCKING FROZE. I LOVE HIM SO DAMN MUCH. I managed to squeak out a, "Yeah! Congrats!" And then I took yet another picture of someone's back. Peep the lavender hair though. In two days, I saw three of my all time favorite male performing artists. HELL YEAH NYC
Night 1
Okay. So, I saw Miss Saigon and Eva Noblezada was AMAZING and Jon Jon Briones was SENSATIONAL. I bawled like a damn baby. BUT THEN I was power walking from 53rd to 45th through Times Square to meet up with my friend who saw Dear Evan Hansen to stage door with him. I was getting super frustrated at all of the slow moving tourists (I think I'm made for New York) in front of me. I finally make it to 45th and I turn right and I'm trying to get down to the Music Box theatre. I see my friend, but he and everyone else's backs are to me because they're facing the stage door. Just as I get in front of the main doors, a security guard asks me to hold on a minute. He then walks away and moments later the front door opens and BEN MOTHER FUCKING PLATT WALKS OUT A FOOT IN FRONT OF ME AND WALKS STRAIGHT INTO THE CAR THATS WAITING FOR HIM. I was completely frozen. No one else managed to see it. BUT HOLY GOD DAMN SHIT IT WAS BEN PLATT.
Alright. I don't musical theatre fangirl on this account very often. But here it is. A week ago, I was in New York (I'm from the Midwest) and god dammit was it amazing. I got to see Sleep No More, Miss Saigon (All hail queen Eva), Great Comet, Company (In Massachusetts. More on that later.), and Come From Away. Holy fucking shit it was the best.
